We stayed overnight at the Hampton Inn Natick for a Youth Church event. We had about 60 students and leaders with us and the Hampton inn did a fantastic job from beginning with creating the contract and reserving the rooms to check in and check out. It was quick and the front desk was friendly. They offered a complimentary breakfast and it was one of the best I have had at a hotel. It was fresh and hot.

Great Hotel for Large Groups!

I highly recommend this hotel if you’re traveling with a large group! We had to book 27 rooms with these guys, and Sue truly made the experience easy and quick. Great job to the whole team! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Staff was courteous, however, there were no daily cleaning of the room. The food options in the hotel were not good. The quality of the continental breakfast was average. The room was good and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet.

Disappointing stay

Our stay at the Natick Hampton Inn over Christmas was disappointing for a number of reasons. First, the breakfast served hard, stale breads & muffins and empty milk dispensers. Second, the business office did not have a computer and trying to print our boarding passes for our flight was impossible to accomplish without the help of the young lady at the front desk. And finally, the evening offering of freshly baked cookies for guests is no longer offered. Indeed, the Hampton Inn of Natick has truly cheapened its service to its customers.

My family and I stayed at this hotel on 11/19-11/21. Staff was very friendly and the place was well taken care of. Breakfast was decent. I especially enjoyed the GYM which was well equipped. Being close to the Mall is a plus, walking distance.
