New Experience
I haven't been to San Diego in years. Work brought me over here to the Ramada again. It's been upgraded from when I was last year and it looks nice. Victoria at the front desk was very friendly when she greeted me and made me feel welcomed. She was also the person who checked me out of the hotel. She gave me a review card and told me that she's happy i enjoyed my stay. I will definitely look in to coming back to this hotel for my next work trip.
Great and affordable
My wife and I stayed for the night and it was great. Staff was friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. The best part of our stay was at the bar that night because of our bartender Marjory M. She was very friendly and took great care of us. We really enjoyed her hospitality and the drinks were great! We will definitely be coming back to Ramada!

Victory at the front desk needs to be talked to about her customer service skills. When you talk to her she acts like she's above you just because she sits behind a desk. I've never even see her greet anyone in a friendly matter. One morning while waiting for my breakfast I heard her raise her voice at someine who needed a new room key. She's definitely an odd one out compared to Santiago, Dora and Margery who I always see greeting everyone and making you feel like a welcomed guest. My five star rating is only for the 3 people above plus management, housekeeping staff and maintenance.
Hotel sweet hotel
When you travel for work as much as I do, you thank your lucky stars for hotels like this. The staff is amazing. The view cannot be beat on the ocean side. They handled business with grace during Covid outbreak. I’ve stayed here 6 separate occasions. Other hotels at this price range are mediocre at best. I’m always pleased with my stay.
Family Vaca
The parking and pool were great. The lady at the front desk that checked us in was very nice. The room looked nice at first glance but had a strong smell of bleach, as if to cover up something. The tub had recently been painted and was peeling on the inside. I had paint chips in my hair after bathing. The stopper was broken. There was a piece that broke off the top that had to be lodged in it in order for the tub to drain. This is how we found it which is how we knew how to use it. About an hour after bathing my children, their feet were black just from walking around the room. My wife took pics and went down to the front desk to request a mop. The gentleman there apologized and said that he would send someone up to take care of it but no one ever came. We spent a week and our room was cleaned once. I'm not sure if they mopped that one time bc we weren't there at the time. I don't think we'll be staying here again.
