Nice place-poor service
Stayed here for recent 03/04 to 03/06 surgery at local hospital. Staff seemed nice at check in, place was clean and pretty much empty because of covid. Room was pretty nice and clean and neat. Only thing was coffee pot was missing. Called down and ask for one to be sent up and they said ok. We ask for this coffee pot( that was suppose to be in room as advertised) 3 times. Once on phone and twice in person. It is now the 15th and we still have not seen coffee pot. Didn't think we were asking for to much but,i guess we were.
Amazing Customer Service and beautiful views of New Brunswick
Upon our arrival Rose checked us in and took good care of us. Cecilia took even better care of us as we stayed there. She was very accommodating.and very personable. Thamk you Cecilia and Rose! There are many restaurants to choose from, but many were closed due to COVID. Also, it can be difficult to find parking and there are only are few choices. One being the sides of the streets, which are free on Sundays and the other option being the parking deck behind the hotel that is for a fee. Overall, great experience and stay at this hotel.
Nice room, very NOISY neighbors
My son (10) and I stayed here the night before his youth xc race. The room next door (506) had their music up loud till approx 10 pm. It finally was quiet, they had gone out. At 11:30pm they were back music back up and people kept coming in and out of the room until 4:30 am. Thank goodness my son slept through it but I literally slept 2 hours (4:30-6:30 am). I was afraid to call management for fear of retaliation (if my son was not with me I would have knocked on the door myself). The room itself was clean and nice size and I would stay here again BUT MY trip was ruined by our noisy neighbors.
No pool
I went there on a mini get away only to find out there was no pool and when asked when it would get fixed the person at the front desk said it was down for a min I dont know how long it was down for but I was there for 3 days and everytime we asked about the pool they always said it wont be fixed anytime soon there was not even a hot tub I will never go there again.
Exceptional service
I really was astonished by the outstanding service at the front desk. Talia and Rose went above and beyond to make my stay a positive experience . Classy hotel with a healthy choice breakfast . Thank you
