Couldn’t fault this fantastic hotel!

We selected this hotel due to the good reviews but this hotel surpassed all our expectations! The rooms were sparkling clean and decorated in a modern style. Facilities, particularly by the beach/pool were fantastic and the spa was great. We’d never done all inclusive before but I’ve never honestly eaten this well while away, there’s literally something for every taste and the cocktails were great. But the best thing about this hotel was definitely the staff - every single person we interacted with was pleasant and good at their jobs. Particularly our spa therapist and the bar staff made our stay very enjoyable. I honestly don’t think you’ll get a better hotel than this in the area, I would highly recommend it.

Great hotel with amazing facilities

We spent an amazing week at Potidea Palace Hotel. It is perfect for kids. Nice beach, great pools and bars. The all inclusive package was one of the best we've had. It is a little pricey, but totally worth it. If I have 1 suggestion for improvement - animators were not good - actually 2 of them were rude even to the kids.

The service is of a high standard from everyone we interacted with. Unfortunately our luggage was delivered to the wrong hotel however the concierge jumped in his car and collected it, above and beyond what was expected. The pool is perfect for all and the diligent lifeguard on duty allows parents to have faith that everyone is safe. The beach is nice and the sea is perfect, The food was of a decent standard. The resort felt very open and relaxed. The only negative was the beds, my back was sore for a week after we returned. I have no history of back pain, apart from that it’s was a perfect holiday.

A gem with brilliant staff

Our trip to Potidea Palace was booked quite close to departure and whilst we’ve stayed in many places in Greece this was a new area for us. The hotel is wonderfully located allowing use of beach / pool across the day with ease, it is literally 10 steps between them The food and drink were excellent, it would have been nice to have a trip or two to the a la carte within the booking but for a reasonable cost this could be done. Thee staff are exceptional, friendly, kind, courteous and fun. The fact they exuded such a sunny outlook really makes a difference on the user experience. Rooms good, plenty of pool space, good water sport options nearby - a super place.
