A real gem
Beautiful location. Breakfast on the balcony was wonderful. Olha and Bob, our hosts, couldn't have been more welcoming or more accommodating. Everything was very clean and COVID secure. The house is obviously much loved by the hosts and they are in the process of developing the property further, adding a large room with wonderful views. I can recommend a stay here without reservation. The Superior Triple Room we had was great but the steps leading to it were quite steep - tricky for anyone with an infirmity. Although you would really need a car to explore the vicinity, there are plenty of places to explore in the immediate area. We visited The National Showcaves Of Wales this time. Highly recommended.
Great stay and warm welcome
A nice quiet countryside retreat! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the hosts and shown to my room of which was very clean and tidy with a stunning view of the countryside! Breakfast was included in the price and was very well presented! Tasted good too :) Would recommend staying here for anyone looking for peaceful accommodation with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
First time we stayed in Swansea overnight.
The hosts were a pleasant couple,on arrival had to take our temperature, was given slippers to wear which was a nice touch as we do that at home ,left our shoes inside porch, the rooms were lovely, clean, big, was a nice touch also when we saw teddies in the wardrobes our children were pleased, most of us had a good nights sleep, the only thing i was a bit disappointed was when we went for our continental breakfast compliments from aldi/lidl our eggs was cold it would of been better if they had them on the boil while we ate our toast, overall we enjoyed our breakfast, plenty of parking.
Excellent value for money
We can truthfully say we probably both had the best nights sleep we have ever had in any hotel or guest house. The bed was so comfortable I could have stayed in it all day. We upgraded our breakfast to the cooked breakfast and were not disappointed well worth the extra £4.75 each it cost. Olha certainly know how to cook and the ingredients were clearly locally sourced and excellent quality Our hosts Olha and Bob were very welcoming and helpful. View from our very large comfortable room was fantastic We will return again soon
Did the job
Stayed for 1 night.Drive and parking and ongoing building work was not particularly attractive on arrival but I guess can’t be helped.Very pleasant and attentive, sociable hosts who sorted out a problem amicably and sensibly.attic room had no view unless you stood on the single bed, towels were rough and continental breakfast could have been of a better quality.
