A good 4 night stay

I spent 4 nights here , I was on a Leger Battlefield tour , the room was clean and tidy , comfortable bed. Great bathroom plenty of hot water, very good shower and lots of towels. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, a good selection of cold meats , fruit, scrambled egg , bacon and different types of bread. The hotel appears to be located in a suburb of Lille not a lot surrounding the hotel.A great hotel base for a tour of the western front.

I have stayed here twice this year. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good, and there is an excellent wine selection. In the summer it is fairly pleasant sitting outside - the downstairs bar is best avoided as it lacks any atmosphere.

used this hotel for a battlefield tour rooms were clean and i found the manager and staff very helpful and worked hard to make sure you had a pleasant stay cant understand the bad reviews good value for what you pay

Firstly many many thanks to the management for finding an accessible room my wife uses a wheelchair and cannot climb stairs and we were given a room accessible via a french window. The hotel is clean and comfortable the food was ok with adequate portions in short a very good place to stay and ideally situated for the WW1 battlefields

I agree with previous reviews..it doesn’t claim to be 5* but is a good basic hotel. We arrived later than expected and hotel was accommodating , clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant area and outside sitting area which in summer will be lovely. The food was not good, however we were told that the shearing budget for food was low however I do think a little more imagination could go into the evening meal. The choice was poor and tasteless. I have worked in catering and worked on a budget and it could be better so I have to say it was disappointing, after a long day out would of been more pleasing to have a enjoyable evening meal.However the hotel in general is good, staff friendly and manager eager to help. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
