Nice Resort
Upon arrival we were greeted by the Bell Hop (DAMON) who took control of our bags and groceries until the room we requested was cleaned. The reception was great as we were met by (GIGI) who was by far one of the best we have run across, and we travel a lot. I did not care much for the location but once inside all went well. The room we got was 932 and suited us well. We will be arriving there next year in July for a birthday party and hope the love is still there.
Sapphire Resorts is an An Absolute Scam
They have terrible customer service. Way over priced. Very restricted dates. No room availability. Stay away. Do not buy into the Time share. A complete waste of money. You will spend far more on yearly dues than you will save.
Terrible Property!!
This is a terrible property. It is old and run down. It is covered up by the Cosmopolitan. Your view on one side is a brick wall, the side of Cosmo literally! No Uber or Lyft service. You have to walk all the way through the Cosmo to catch it and get dropped off. This includes InstaCart, Uber Eats and other delivery! On the third day, there was drainage that smelled and looked like human feces. We stepped in it and had to throw shoes away. The security manager claimed it was grease traps, either way, SUPER nasty and unsanitary! Especially with Covid going on and they gave no compensation. The smell alone and breathing it in could probably get someone sick. There was smoke detectors or some type of fire alarm going off at 6am in the morning, couple fighting across the hall and marijuana smoke smelled every day! To each his/her own, but I don't want to smell it in my own room. The Penthouse floor is where I stayed, which is supposed to be the best rooms in the house right? Not. Property is outdated, bathroom is super small, no good lighting in the room or bathroom. We did our face/make up at the kitchen table, best lighting we could find! I could imagine what the "regular" rooms look like on this property if I am on a Penthouse floor and it is terrible. The pullout was wobbly and mattress just flat. Very old. There are some decent pull out sofas on the market now. NO excuse for that. Barely fit for a pet to lay on. Hospitality/Concierge had nothing like the other resorts and they are blaming it on Covid. All properties are experiencing the same issues, yet they have cookies, granola bars, popcorn, water bottles, fruit and etc. Jockey Club had 1 mini bag of popcorn per unit! You have to share the pool area with all the on-lookers for ALL of their sales presentations. No privacy at all to lay out by the pool. This was going on every day that I visited the pool and they park for free while we as GUESTS/OWNERS had to pay. No other amenities at this resort at all. The only good thing about this property is the big closet in the penthouse suite. It is NOT cheap and it supposedly ranks with all the other nice resorts but it does not! My parents are owners with Wyndham but this was an exchange through RCI. We never had this problem with Wyndham properties or affiliates. No refunds were given, everyone passed the buck and left me with an option to rebook another equal location and pay ALL THE SAME EXCHANGE FEES again. I would not recommend this place at all.
Great Resort
Jockey Club is a great resort with the perfect location on the strip. Easy access to Cosmo and the the other casinos. I was able to get a room with a view of the Bellagio fountains. I felt very safe. The staff was very cordial and very helpful.

Do NOT fall for their Sales Vacation call. Did not receive vacation package contract. Business refused to cancel package when requested 2days later. On October 15th I purchased a Vacation package was told I'd receive contract details via email. On October 16th I called for contract details I didn't get; after my questions were answered I decided the details of the package would work for me so I requested to cancel the package. Representative took my info and said I would get a call back. On Oct 19 I called again to check status of my cancel spoke with Chris Cardenas Assistant Manager of the Vegas Welsom Center who said he woul not honor the cancelation because it had to be done on Sunday the 18th. He attempted to re send me the contact at that to to make it valid and I informed him I was not providing my info again because at this time I want to cancel. He again refused.
