Much better value than the Hyatt

It's clean, it's convenient, the staff are nice and the beds are comfortable. They're undergoing renovations this winter, and I'll be sad not to be able to stay with them! You couldn't ask for much more for less than $200 a night in a very expensive village. Don't expect too much, and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Pleasantly surprised! Would recommend!

My partner and I scheduled this hotel last minute for Fourth of July weekend. Nervous about its low price and Two Star designation, we were pleasantly surprised to find it was a super cute and nice hotel! This spot is an old motel that has been remodeled to have a cozy cabin feel. It's tucked away in the pines, but still in a good central location in Incline Village. The rooms were nicely decorated and everything was tidy. The staff were friendly and it was a relaxing stay. We will definitely come back here!

Clean, convenient location, and friendly staff

My husband and I had a pleasant 2-night stay at the Parkside Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was perfect for the things we wanted to do. We especially appreciated the advice of Aida, who was working the front desk when we checked in. She gave us several restaurant suggestions, helped us find the right hiking trail for us, and then followed up later to find out whether we enjoyed the restaurants/hikes she suggested. All in all a very nice stay.

Hidden Treasure a walk from the beach

Who knew? This little place was cute, clean, no smoking, no pets, friendly. A motel, yes, but very cute and quite comfortable. Comfy beds, designer touches, a good desk area, Kureg coffee, and spotless. The staff was very helpful with reservations. I will most definitely be staying here again!

We expected something basic and have been disappointed

Reviewed 5 november, 2020

The room was pretty much clean, bathroom very basic but ok, we did not expected more. However, the spa and the swimming pool were closed for renovations. I would have liked to know it at the time of booking. The Mountain View is a joke. Also, pray to have a bedroom upstairs or expect to live to the rhythm of the people above you. The alternatives in incline village are not numerous but it is possible to find much better in the same price range around Tahoe.
