Terrible hotel
Came to Las Vegas on business and stayed here at the Orleans, can't get any work done, internet and TV have been down since I arrived and was not informed about the problem. No one seems to know when it will be back on. This is the first time and will definitely be the last. I have called the front desk and no one has any answers.
Safe and Sanitized to the MAX!
Boyd Clean is true to their word! They have employees who continuously clean from morning to night. The machines, chairs, walls, sanitizer dispensers, elevators, bathrooms, etc. are sanitized and wipes are freely left around for your use. Unbelievably clean.....don’t get off your chair because an employee is waiting to clean behind you! I was so lucky to have won jackpots, considering I didn’t expect to. Everywhere I went in the casino and restaurants were so sanitized and safe. The hotel and casino staff were so helpful and extremely pleasant. Huge shout out to the housekeeping, cleaners, and waiters/waitresses that provided excellent service....although, this isn’t anything new. I’m so happy to have taken the risk to vacation in Las Vegas and stay at the Orlean’s Hotel & Casino! It’s all about wearing a mask, washing your hands, and keeping distance. This is truly my home away from home! Lol
Don't win too much
If you win too much they will ask you or tell you you can't paly anymore. Gym; Although in Texas when running or doing aerobic exercises in the gyms, you don't have wear a mask. In Orleans, it's simply our way or the highway and we don't care about others rules or if you even workout at all; you must wear a mask. If this upsets up, then you can't workout either. We will send 6 armed officers to escort you out of the gym. A little much don't you think!
Vegas 3020
In spite of Covid, the Orleans kept to its usual standards. Although not all venues were open, the food, drinks, and gaming were wonderful. We had a blast. Vegas as a whole was a bit quieter, but still very entertaining. Thank you Orleans.
Marine Reunion
My stay was great as always with exception of having to wear that damn mask the whole time. I missed the buffet and Big Al's. Would like to know why half the television channels were no longer available. I also missed the weekend poker tournaments.
