HORRIBLE
The staff of this hotel to be honest are nice. They tried their best, but this hotel is horrible. There was dried urine on the toilet, holes on the bed sheets, and pubic hair on the bedding. Avoid this place.
A hotel staffed by hooligans
Arrived at this hotel on 10th dec and stayed for 2 nights. Most of the staff behave like gangsters. You could consider this hotel if you are used to be wing treated in a very rowdy manner. I shall not stay in this hotel even if it is free.
Old hotel
We spent 2 nights in this hotel as we have some activities around Cappadocia. The only good things in this hotel is spacious room and nice weather. Plus : - Spacious room with one double bed and one single bed - Nice weather - Nice view from the window Minus : - Old hotel - Smoke smell from corridor - Toilet is dirty - Smelly carpet - Kettle is dirty - Lift is malfunction (door can open by itself)
5 star hotel in cappadocia
Its a 5star hotel in cappadocia. Very close with kaymakli underground city. Only 1 minute by car And around 5mins walking. The lobby has so many sofas. And the swimming pool is the same floor with lobby. The restaurant is big. Good hotel and nice service
Worst hotel in Turkey
Came with a tour group, accommodations are arranged by the tour company. Funny that this hotel is rated 5-star because it is nowhere near 2 star. Rooms are dated, shower didnt function properly with water didnt drain from bathtub till like 30mins later. Multiple power trips even during shower certainly isnt something memorable. Staffs mostly do not understand simple English. Food wasnt good at all, had to eat since there was no other choice. What i found most surprising is, no complimentary water provided in the room. Even cheaper hotels with lower ratings in Turkey provided water in the room. When asked at the reception, staff said no free water, everything you take from the room is chargeable. Even Hotel staff agreed that this is a bad hotel for not providing complimentary water. Checking out today is the most relieving thing.
