Good location and poor breakfast
we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It is well located with a nice view tarrace. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfasts were very poor and the lady seemed not pleased to be asked for one slice of tomato more. Also you have to pay extra for turkish coffee that was the only time we experienced in Cappadocia. The family seens to be stingy even they had many guests. There is a problem with parking place.

It was a good experience. Berat and his family are very kind and welcoming. There is no language barrier as the two brothers speak english and we felt very comfy. We had a room problem but Berat quickly solve it on the spot by offering a room in a hotel next to his as the hotel was full. His father took us to a private tour in Cappadocia and it was a wonderful experience. Not so far from the hotel, you have some nice restaurants. There is a bit of walking but it was not a big deal, unless you wear high heels. We strongly recommend the hotel.
The hotel was coziest, Peret & his family who manages the place were lovely, helpful.Little uphill walk, but a walk to remember. The rooms were slight small but it never really bothered us as everything else was perfect. Breakfast spread was very homely. Hot Air balloon is a must do, it is expensive but worth it! It was really really cold.
Warm hospitality and a comfortable stay
We arrived 3 hours prior to our check-in time and the host was very helpful by helping us with an early check-in at a short notice. This is not a typical hotel, it's more like a home stay with the hosts. The terrace has an excellent view of Goreme. The rooms are typically cave styled. Berat was very help in organizing a red tour for us in a private car at a good cost. He also has options for hamams. The breakfast spread was good. The location of this property is uphill. Climbing could be a little difficult for old folks. There are restaurants and shopping places near by, once you come down from the hotel. The Otogar (bus station) is also close by. The owner even drove us to the bus station when we were leaving. Excellent hospitality and friendly people. Cheers to Berat!! He allowed us to spend time on the terrace after our checkout.
Absolutely loved this hotel! It has a beautiful terrace to laze around and rooms are quite cozy. The host was amazing and welcoming and speaks good english. Planning to visit in winters. Will definitely stay here again!
