Dirty, old bed. New Braunfels Red Roof Inn
Do yourself a favor, find a better hotel. This hotel isn’t clean, so bad, I left without staying. The king size bed made you wonder how many years it had been since it was updated, the bedspread looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, wrinkled, the toilet bowl was stained with who knows what, so with COVID-19 around, I couldn’t believe the hotel hadn’t done what they could to remove the red stains. Safety first, my health is important. The furniture looked straight out of the 50’s. The sink was cracked, not saying water was leaking. To top it off, above room 302, when that person walked, the ceiling creaked. Not a little, but every step. The hotel occupancy was probably less than 5%, but they couldn’t be kind enough to provide me another room with a king size bed. And this was only in the first 15 minutes. The Internet worked great in the lobby, but lost connection in the room. It wasn’t functional, so, no internet. If you want a comfortable stay, find another hotel! A hotel that values you!
It's all about family
My husband and I stayed at Red Roof Inn, New Braunfels back in Dec. From the call to confirm pet policy to check out was a great experience. Lady on the phone was very nice and let us know they would love for us to bring our dog as the understand how dogs are part of the family. Great price and really spacious room as we booked the superior king. Front desk just really knew how to make us feel welcomed and was very friendly and always smiling. Definitely will be visiting again soon.
Amazing
I had the best experience the staff was respectfully awesome and helpfull and very accommodating if there is a hotel to stay in i would recommend the red roof in to my friends and family. The staff were very understanding and respectful.
Affordable
Very affordable and quite clean and I personally had the opportunity to meet front desk assistant Pamela and Chris who are friendly professionals who gave me good advise under the extenuating situations going on in our beloved country. They where very helpful in faxing paperwork to my company each and every morning without reservation. If I needed house keepers who did an excellent job anytime I needed it. I thought I was in the Hyatt-Regency. Do to this virus situation they were well inspired in their quest to keep all protected and safe. If you happen to be in the area and need a nice quiet place to stay I highly recommend this hotel.
Friendly and ENERGETIC staff the highlight of a fabulous visit!!
It’s the day after thanksgiving and the COWBOYS HAVE LOST, I had been driving for ten miserable hours in traffic so bad I looked for relief but there was none to be had/. I hoped off the highway and saw a red roof.. I knew salvation was upon me. I walked in out of the cold and rain and there was Sheryl with an already made cup of coffee in her hand just the way I like it some how. One cream two sweet and low. The check in was lightning fast and al of my needs were met quickly and efficiently. She could tell from my long face that I was dealing with PTSD from the dust up with Buffalo the day before.: so she put me in a first floor pool view room. AND EVEN opened the pool for me in the middle of November so I could soak my weary feet.. I drifted away to a sound nights sleep! Then about fifteen minutes later I was awoken with a fright from the thought that I forgot to submit some important paper work! So I dialed up the desk and who did I hear but Sheryl on the line her mission was clear !! To print out my papers no matter what!! But we both suck at computers so we were stuck in a rut!! Then out of the parking lot like a bearded flash came a man they call Chris whose skills I should tout. He attacked the keyboard without fear or without doubt and five seconds later my forms printed out. Now it’s 11pm and stuff is all good. Wish I had people like this back in my hood. FORGOT TO MENTION my porch was flooded so Sheryl built me this porch
