I really wanted to love my stay at Eagle Mountain but I will not be back. The location, view, and bar staff were fantastic and I cannot say enough good things about that! However, I found the front desk staff to be unwelcoming. And the thing that really took things downhill - and fast - was the lack of any insulation between rooms. I was up all night one night because a man was snoring in an adjacent room. Another night, a group was having a party in their room. And early one morning, people walking down the hall sounded so loud I thought they were in the bed next to me. If you can't get adequate rest and relaxation at a hotel, is it really worth returning? I don't think so.

Couple fall getaway which we have been looking forward to since May 2021... my brother and his wife came from Florida and we drove up from New York.... beautiful area...and hotel.... was surprised that the hotel was so run down and needs so much renovation. Especially the bathroom was in much needed work. The elevator was not working which was a little difficult even though we were only on the second floor...they offered to call for assistance with the luggage but as we were two couples it would have been difficult.... Do want to comment that the restaurant was phenomenal...even though it was always mostly closed and this was NOT communicated at ALL when I spoke about the breakdfast when I called several times prior to arriving.
Unimpressive customer care!

When we arrived at this beautiful site, the golf grounds were beautiful, however, once we entered, we found the elevator did not work, the halls upstairs appeared uncleaned, the rooms are badly in need of updating! The two good parts were the bar, and its kitchen. The food was very tasty. One last item, their internet was horrible. Incredibly slow and I was unable to log in with my laptop. Needless to say, the bathrooms were old and were not handicapped friendly.
Our first time staying, and we can't wait to go back!

My husband and I normally stay at the White Mountain when we go the MW Valley, and when we saw that EMH was recently renovated, we decided to try staying somewhere new. We were not disappointed in the least. In fact, we extended our stay one more night! Yes, there are still ramifications from Covid (no housekeeping during your stay, and they are light on bar/dining staff), but you'd never notice. The hotel is immaculate, and towels are always available at the front desk. Meaghan, the F & B manager, and Lauren (bartender, host, waitress, etc!) were spectacular during our stay. Aside from the fact that the bar and restaurant are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, you'd never know they were short handed in the food and beverage department. Everyone works so hard, and so well together that it appears flawless! The part of our stay that we loved the most was the veranda. Coffee in the morning, and a book and a glass of wine in the afternoon could not be beat. The vistas from the veranda are breathtaking. We cannot wait to return!!!
Had a great time!

The hotel is beautiful and the food is delicious! There is no stayover service currently, which is fine by me because I always put up a dnd sign when I stay at a hotel anyway. I had the breakfast bowl and the scallops . Both meals were amazing! I also enjoyed the veranda. Perfect spot to do some remote work and relax at the same time. Can't wait to come back!
