Spa/Day Pass
Had a GREAT day here. Booked one hour massage and included is day pass for the thermal pools. Amazing relaxing at the pools! Service for drinks and food brought right to the pool! Would definitely do again and recommend as a great relaxing day!
Unpleasant experience
Good luck with the new management. Would not recommend. We were given complementary passes from our mess up stay in September. These expired December 31, 2020. As we drove two hours today to use these passes- we were turned away. Now two horrible experiences with the location/spa. 10/10 would not recommend
Scenic, rejuvenating and Covid safe. We never wanted to leave!
Chris and his team at Ojo Santa Fe are there to help you relax as much as possible during your stay. The grounds are well kept with beautiful landscaping and the rooms are warm and welcoming. The property sits on the outskirts of Santa Fe providing a welcome relief from the sounds of the city. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the mineral pools are well maintained and beautifully situated over a spring-fed pond. Covid precautions were implemented across the property and every staff member wore a mask—although the precautions did not take away from the overall experience! It was a perfect getaway.
Anniversary
This is our go to place for Anniversaries, birthdays, or just a retreat from everyday life. A soak in a private tub and brunch afterwards on a Sunday is our favorite thing to do. We don’t really need a reason to go. So blessed to have this place in our own backyard.
Rest, relax and reset!
My husband and I went for a relaxing long weekend (Oct. 10-13, 2020) and enjoyed every minute! We were in total awe of the beautiful property. The pictures don’t compare to the beauty in real life. We melted after our private soaks, which were absolutely heavenly. The salt water pool and huge hot tub allowed for even more chilled out relaxation. The pool attendant offered great service. They have a pool menu of snacks, burgers and sandwiches. We stayed in a room in the Jupiter building, directly across from the pool/hot tub. Our room was wonderful. We had a great view of beautiful fall colors from our balcony. The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. We did bring our own little TV to enjoy as the rooms don’t have TVs in them and enjoyed shows we could stream on our Roku. Strong wi-fi connection but our cell service was spotty. There was a little common room at the end of the hall that had a beautiful sitting area by the fireplace and small kitchen facility (sink, mini fridge, microwave and small ice machine). Again, the most beautiful views of the incredible property. We did enjoy dinners in the restaurant. The food was amazing. We enjoyed the filet and NY strip steak one night and the Pasta the next. The corn chowder was divine. My husband loved the ceviche and the local beer options. Both meals far exceeded expectations. Generous portions and cooked to perfection. You won’t be hungry after these meals. We had dinner inside one night, outside the next. Both were very enjoyable. The menu prices were a little high, but what you would expect to pay at a comparable resort or upper scale hotel. We had looked at the menu prices prior to our stay and packed our own snacks and light meals for during they day and enjoyed dinner at the resort at night. Our room did have a mini fridge and a microwave, which we had requested in advance. The room also has coffee and tea available to make. The service was wonderful everywhere! From check in, poolside service, spa, restaurant to check out, everyone was polite and very helpful. We were super low key and didn’t attend any of the resort activities, but they did offer several. We saw many guests going for walks/hikes around the property. We explored Santa Fe during the day and loved our visit to the Georgia O’Keefe art museum (must reserve tickets online and in advance). Santa Fe is about 15-20 minute away from the resort and offers anything you might need. The resort did a great job maintaining appropriate health precautions during Covid. Masks enforced, very clean and social distancing enforced. We felt very safe. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with resort level amenities and service, you won’t be disappointed with this resort. We already can’t wait to come back! Hoping to return for a birthday celebration trip.
