Amazing Price
A friend came to visit the USA so a Roadtrip we did, We stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed every second, The hotel is a tram ride away from the Famous Bourbon Street, and maybe 7 usd to get back via Uber, Coffee is on the First floor by the Open Patio and full all day for free coffee and Tea Room was good a little noisy on the AC but a few Hurricanes on Bourbon Street will fix that problem for you,
Not a Complaint, A Warning
The most disrespectful, inconsiderate front desk staff anywhere. It’s true, don’t judge a book by its cover. The web site is very attractive and will catch you, but the place is so poorly maintained it will ruin your time in a great city, and the attitude of staff, in the Hotel Service Industry at that, will only make it worse. Read all the Reviews and listen closely to the message, which I failed to do, this too will be your warning. The first room’s bathroom was covered in water and leaking from the ceiling profusely; the 2nd had a malfunctioning window a/c-heater unit. The whole place is in desperate need of maintenance and repair: more so a complete gutting and re-build, like what is taking place next door. The desk clerk said, what did I expect her to do? Really! Despite Pre-Paying via Expedia for three nights, we picked up our bags and walked away from this investment, down the street to the fabulous Maison St. Charles, where the staff was welcoming, gracious, and professional, and the place was great. Stay away or you will regret it!
Don't stay here
This hotel is false advertising. Pictures are not like actusl room. Room furniture is run down and missing parts, lamp shade was awfully burned, extremely dirty, spider webs, we kept tripping over bathroom door entrance. This place is way to expensive for what they have to offer.
I would not stay here again
The AC/heater sounded like a garbage disposal.Sheets threadbare, light bulbs not working.Had to ask for clean linens,no room service. Place was falling apart, & moldy. Bed covers dirty & old, threads out. Someone came to put in light bulbs in fans but left filth all over floor. Asked for bulbs and towels, we had to get them at the office. No guest phone.
Not great.
Hotel needs major upgrade. Room electrical is dangerous. Having to unplug lights to turn them off is unacceptable Mini fridge was dirty and for some reason was meant to be a side table which was plugged into the desk lamp leaving no room for electronics and I dought it was safe.
