Great location
Amazing location, just a short walk to bourbon street and all the main attractions of New Orleans. Quite old fashioned- our room had a really high bed which was quite uncomfortable and the room could do with updating. The pool is nice and overall everywhere is clean. Most of the staff are friendly.
Creaking Mattress Hotel
Stay far away from this Creaking Mattress Hotel!! Hands down the worst hotel experience of our lives and we travel several times annually. I was just waiting for the camera’s to pop out saying you just got plunked!! Sad truth, I never typically complain, but you keep asking for my review, so here you go.

Hotel is in a great location! Walking distance to the French Quarter. There is a tour bus stop directly out front which is super convenient. Decent pricing and beautiful building. The pool was great also.
Terrible
The hotel is very close to the French Quarter. We chose this hotel because it still has that old charm. We were very disappointed. The first room was small. lovelessly furnished and had no direct daylight. The bedspread was dirty and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The second room was a bit more comfortable, thick layers of dust on the blinds and towels were only available on request. The towels were broken and had holes. The staff was rude. The whole area looked neglected.
My fiance actually sleep in the car
I just wish I would have known this room was on the third level with no elevators or bellsman. This actually caused him to sleep in the car when we returned back to the room. I wish that it notify online that there are no elevators available just in case you are booked on the second or third floor
