Room dirty found garbage in nightstand drawer. Not impressed considering were in the middle of a pandemic i have stayed at much cleaner hotels during this time Not enough towels,asked housekeeping for more...never got them! Will not stay here again!!

sorry why dio you force people to answer a question when you have no comment on a question. fine clean good location nice grass windows were clean great staff. this is why i dont like surveys when im forced into a box. i dont have 200 words. great place thats it
Horrible
There were cigarette butts on the outside of the hotel. When you walk into the hotel and it smells like stale cigarettes. The shower curtain rod was hanging off the wall. We found two opened empty lemonade cans in one of the drawers in the room. It was disgusting.
Great place to stay!
I needed a place to stay before and after my mom died. The staff was wonderful and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not offered due to the Covid19 pandemic so not able to rate food. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Norwich.

Very good stay in my week here. Room smelled nice comphterble bed. Lots of movie channels to choose from. Friendly service. Best waffles I've ever had.. quality fruits and muffins. House keeping was excellent obliged all of my requests very quickly. Very comphterble environment. I would recommend this hotel over any to those who pass through Norwich N.Y
