Awesome place to stay!
This was our first trip to NYC and it was so much fun! The hotel was in a great location to hop on the subway to get from place to place and we felt very safe with the location we were at! The price of the hotel was also awesome. The hotel was very clean and upkept! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in NYC!
Great stay
This is a great place to stay in the heart of NYC. The rooms are very nice - clean, comfortable & well-appointed. The room I selected was a King w/sofabed and it was truly spacious for the money. The shower needed a thorough cleaning (there was lime deposits on the shower wand) and there was stain on the sofa, but otherwise a great room. One minor complaint; the continental breakfast was supposed to run until 10am and by 9:45am it had been put away.
Great stay!
My GF and I recently stayed at this hotel. The lobby has recently gone under renovation and presents as luxurious, on par with other luxury boutique hotels. However, the renovations in the room we were staying in were not completed and I asked to speak to the manager, Scott. He immediately rectified the problem and moved to an upgraded corner room on the top floor with large windows and a direct view of the empire state building. Very happy!

front desk staff wonderful including maintenance staff. housekeeping will accommodate your requests. any minor room issues were handled immediatelyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!! near macys, watch your wallet, lots of homeless, druggies in area, just walk on a different avenue example madison ave. wholesale district great prices on perfume to hats, perfect if you are buying gifts or just want great stuff for yourself buses, trains nearby easy access to all. rates decent, look forward to my next visit
Great Experience
Due to the current global pandemic we were unfortunately unable to travel to New York . As my booking for the hotel was through a 3rd party company I had a lot of issues trying to get refunded my money . I contacted the hotel directly and spoke with a girl on reception and with the General Manager Scott Walker , and this is the reason for leaving a review even thou I didn’t travel . They could not have been more helpful , they went above and beyond any expectations I had when I first contacted them about my issue with the 3rd party company . They were in constant dialogue with me and did everything they possibly could have to try and get a resolution for me . In the end everything was resolved and an outcome was reached When normality resumes and travel recommences , my trip to New York and a stay on this hotel will be first on my agenda . Great people to deal with & great customer service
