The best thing about my stay at this hotel was the gentleman at the reception Anthony Pichardo. He was helpful in everyway and attended everybody with an exquisite education. He was on top of everything at the reception and gave individual attention to each and every person who approached the counter.
Was just ok!
Basic room, expected more for the price and location. If your looking for a place to lay your head for one night or two nights than this would do. I wouldn’t spend more days than that. Parking is what is it for this area.... it’s NY. Front attendant was nice and check in and check out was quick. Would I return, probably not, especially with the stains found on the sheets. See pictures below. Would have given a higher score if it has not been for the stained sheets
Management & Staff are incredible!
Highly recommend any large or small groups to book your next stay at this location. Management (Jeanette) was extremely helpful and accommodating to my group of 12. It was a short stay but definitely felt comfortable with the staff and area. Views were also a great touch and we’ll definitely be back.
Impeccable
Amazing stay, the view was impeccable and the room was very comfortable! The staff was great and catered to my all my requests. Born and raised in Westchester, Ny so I’m not a stranger to visiting Manhattan (The City as we call it) and it was just a beautiful experience the 3 days I stayed. The hotel is located 2 blocks away from Time Square (literally a 5 minute walk) and 6 blocks from Herald Square. And plenty of food choices. Definitely plan on staying here again when my Fiancé comes to visit from Georgia. Thanks again Fairfield staff
Horrible Customer Service
The front desk staff was rude and didn't seem to show any empathy. I am a Marriott member and have already sent my other review through the actual survey site along with contacting corporate. When I was checking in, I did a mobile. When I showed up, they informed me I would have to wait until 4pm. I asked what the point was for using mobile and they said that it didn't matter and that no one checks in before 4pm...I understand they were sold out the night before and not every room will be ready but when someone chooses to use mobile for 2pm you'd think they would try and accommodate the early arrivals when they can clearly see it on their computer screen. Front desk and Housekeeping must not communicate AT ALL. I asked to use the bathroom to put myself together and they acted as if I had just committed a crime. When I was finally ready to checkout, the people in charge of holding my luggage couldn't find it. Said they misplaced all the luggage tags and were going to try and locate my items...when I asked for a manager they said they only get them for important ordeals. Will never stay here again!
