Please please please don’t waste your money on this hotel. Was checked into a room than hadn’t even been cleaned, went to complain and moved to another room with no apology. Into another room that you can’t swing a cat in and simple things like the clock was set to the wrong time - came straight out for a drink As a regular holiday inn customer (stayed in 2 hotels in Boston in the last week) this is officially the worst ihg hotel I have stayed in and should be avoided at all costs

Great location, awesome staff, fantastic views above 23rd floor, cozy classic furnishing, cleanliness and hygiene. Very fit for a 3-star hotel. Best value for money. I am back because of the great experience provided by Katherine Heigl and I will certainly return because of the great support by Tenacia and the team. Thank you all!

This was the most messed up and ghetto hotel I have ever stayed at! I have been plenty of places and stayed at hotels and Airbnb’s and this was the most disappointed I have ever been. First I check in and get in the room and it looks like the contractors or plumbers did not complete their work in the bathroom!!! The silicone canister was on top of the 2nd washcloth for the room on the floor in the bathroom, and the panel for the pipes was off and leaning on the side of the wall!!! Also no ice bucket! Because they were all out of ice buckets??!?! Sounds like an establishments problem not the guests to me! On top of all that the toilet was inoperable how the heck do you expect someone to pay for a room that does not have a working toilet???!? I had no other choice but to fill the water tank up with water from the sink with NO ICE BUCKET to flush the toilet it was just too unacceptable I have never been so embarrassed or insulted in my life when I checked out all the check in receptionist did was take down the room number and wrote the toilet was broken on a post it and a simple I’m sorry!!?!?? I really and appalled and furious that you would rent out a room under those conditions!!! Just too much I don’t think I will ever stay at a holiday inn ever again!!! I only put a rating because I had to…
Terrible Customer Service

I had a confirmed reservation and when I arrived in the late evening to check in, I was told that the hotel was oversold. I asked the front desk agent (who was not wearing a face mask) which IHG property I would be "walked to" and she was not familiar with the term. I explained that as per protocol, hotels will find another property in this situation and she said she could not help me. I asked her for the IHG phone number as it was now my problem and she actually gave me the number for this property's front desk. I googled IHG and after 45 minutes on hold, they tried to give me my points back as well as additional points. soI could reserve at another hotel two blocks away. After two hours, I gave up and booked a room at the Hilton. I called the hotel to speak to GM and the manager said she would relay my concerns and he would call me back. I never heard from him. As a Spire Ambassador, very disappointed. I am Diamond with Hilton and Titanium with Bonvoy, so will reconsider my allegiance to IHG. Outsourced customer service is horrible and properties don't seem to care.
Dreadful, crummy, and awful!

All I can say is - STAY AWAY! This hotel was the pitts. No soap caddy by the bathroom sink, tiny rooms- can barely open the bathroom door, pot smells in the hallway, restaurant isn't really even a restaurant- they try to make it a club at night so just LOUD noise, needs renovation- chipped wood on all doors, smokes smells in the hallways, no security whatsoever- no safe in the room, no key swipe for elevator so we left nothing even so-so valuable in the room, etc. My kids call this the "Holiday DO NOT COME Inn." It was gross!
