Great Beginning and End
My entire stay from beginning to end on New Year's Eve was exceptional! From check in to check out with Whitney who was attentive and very friendly. Shandana, the security officer was also very helpful and provided directions. My cousin and I had dinner at The Wilson Restaurant where Nancy greeted us and made sure that we were seated. Glenn made our dining experience more than we could have imagined. He too was attentive and had a sense of humor that was so memorable that we will be back soon. Our meal of choice was the Seafood Risotto that was absolutely delicious! Hats off to the chef. We ended our night laughing and having fun with my friend before retiring with warm showers. We slept ever so comfortably in our beds. Thank you to the Innside New York Nomad and The Wilson staff for a grand experience!
The best experience
I was in the hotel with my boyfriend, it's our first time in New York. Our experience was truly amazing! Alex was amazing , he helped us since the first day that we arrived and explained some recomendations about what we can do and visit. Also due for Covid they have everything sanitized and you feel safe. We want to come back to the hotel
Clean, cool & comfortable.
The rooms have a great vibe and efficient layout. We were on the 17th floor, and had a great view of the city. There are several cool outdoor lounging areas which is great for pandemic safety. We were able to get takeout and eat it in an outdoor lounge. Overall, we loved it and would absolutely stay again if the price is right. The lobby & areas are fun spaces, the elevator has interesting decor, it's just so clean and lovely, and we got a good deal. The only thing I didn't appreciate was that they add a "resort fee" which is apparently for coffee & gym? The coffee you have to request, and due to covid, you have to schedule a slot at the gym. Which was great, it's just a really odd thing to add a "resort fee" for things that are completely standard offerings.
Wonderful Staycation
I stayed at the INNSIDE New York Nomad for a birthday staycation. My experience was truly wonderful. I was greeted immediately at the front desk and the staff there was warm and friendly-thanks Rob. My room was spacious and well appointed and the view was amazing. As it was my birthday, the Director of Sales left a nice little surprise for me-thanks Alexandra. Overall the hotel was extremely clean with several COVID-19 measures in place, regular cleaning, sanitizing stations, temperature checks, and my room itself along with the towels, remotes, phones, etc had been sanitized and sealed prior to my arrival, which made me feel completely at ease. The Wilson was open for business with their outdoor patio set up and I definitely took advantage of that with to glorious meals. I could not have asked for a better stay and was sad to check out and return home. I highly recommend the INNSIDE to anyone traveling to NY, as it’s location is perfect and also to anyone already in NY if you want to slow it down and get away.
Worth It
Me and the boyfriend decided to do a staycation downtown in the city due to not being able to travel. Hotel was clean, spacious, and def up to code with Covid protocol. Would def recommend and stay again!
