World Class Luxury!
Luxurious room! Friendly Staff! Hotel is centrally located in Midtown close to Rockefeller Plaza and shopping. We spent last New Year’’s eve at the hotel and it was an amazing experience. It was quite well sanitized which made us feel very safe during this pandemic.
A beautiful & special sightseeing tour
This review is not as a hotel guest, but a visitor to the hotel while exploring sights in the city. My boyfriend and I were looking around the beautiful lobby on our own, when we were greeted by a staff member named Maurice who offered to chaperone us on a personal guided tour around key parts of the hotel! He walked us through several beautiful rooms, including a ballroom and a library, sharing facts with us about the hotel itself and famous Gossip Girl scenes that were shot there. He also recommended several photo spots and took pictures for us so we could remember our visit. He clearly enjoys his job, and the experience was very cool and special. Thank you, Maurice!
The best hotel in New York City
The Lotte New York Palace is my favorite hotel in New York. I have been staying at the Palace for over 10 years. I am a native New Yorker and know it very well. This is my home away from home when I visit New York 3 to 4 times a year. My favorite Reception assistant is Clara Law, she always greets you with her big smile and makes sure you have everything you need to make your stay perfect. I was able to visit this October for 6 nights, Clare, all the Bellmen the servers at the cafe were so kind and happy to see me come back after they reopened. Hopefully I will be able to return in April . Marie G

Great hotel that makes us feel like family, starting with George at the door of the Hotel, the kindness of Alfred at the front desk and Ani who help us find directions, the lobby is so beautiful and elegant, we have been visiting this hotel every year for the las 15 years and is now a tradition. Superb hotel in perfect location
We celebrated a family milestone with a long weekend at the New York Palace. We purchased a package through American Express Travel and received a remarkable upgrade upon checking in: a 1000-square-foot suite on the 53rd floor, directly above the midpoint of St. Patrick’s Cathedral. I’ve worked in Manhattan for more than two decades and have rarely seen a better City view than this hotel room offered. While the restaurants and room service were shut down on account of the pandemic, Pomme Palais made a serviceable substitute. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the service was world-class. As for the location, I do not see how it could have been better. For Christmas in Manhattan, this is the ne plus ultra.
