The beds were so comfortable and everything is still new.
The location of this property is amazing if you're a first time visitor to NYC. We walked as a family of 4 and saw more than I ever expected to see. Guest services helped us with figuring out what subway to take and offered us ideas on places to visit. We had an amazing vacation and I can't thank the staff enough for making us so comfortable during our stay. The rooms were awesome as they're connected in a way I've never seen before.

Despite getting a great rate on this room, there was an overwhelming amount of homeless/drug addicts sitting on the benches outside the front door. We were approached every time we left and came back to the hotel. We were offered drugs. It was very uncomfortable. Also, after refusing the cleaning service, it was apparent someone had changed our towels, took out trash, AND also, rummaged through our suitcases. Unacceptable!!!

The hotel, opened during the past year and still with not all aspects fully up and running, is a wonderful addition to the Radisson portfolio. I'm a big Radisson fanboy, and was excited to book this with my e-cert. The hotel room was clean, especially the bathroom, and we had a great view of the Empire State Building on the 21st floor. Water pressure in the shower was outstanding, one of the best hotel showers I've ever had. Location was great, as we could walk from the Subway and PATH trains easily. Hotel is set back from sidewalk, with small public pocket park in front. Use the gym and it was simple but clean, and in good working order. They opened it up for me for my 6am Saturday workout. Staff was always helpful and kind at each interaction. We would stay here again and likely will!

I would like to say that The welcome Experience given by Peter was super warm & welcoming, had a smile on his face even dealing with a aggressive customer who called several times while I checked in, gave me a great room with a beautiful view in a corner where I was far from noise, I’m a hotel Engineer & I do overnight & afternoon shift so every moment of sleep is crucial, kelvin was a magnificent sport & was very experienced with my reservation which was paid by Apple Pay but charged by hotel so he fixed it right up & gave me a late checkout to accommodate me it was like I won the lotto thank you for having me & I will definitely stay again!!
