So I booked this earlier then I needed too and had a bad start to my Anniversary gift for my wife, but when I arrived we were saved by Janeay. Courteous, Professional, Family Oriented, Patient, Helpful

From checking in to late night evening requests. Janeay H. And the Night gentleman Andrew were helpful and amazing . For our weekend getaway it was a lovely experience 5 stars.The rooms were perfect. The bathroom gigantic and perfect for a couples bubble bath.

This city is slowly but surely coming back to life. I can’t thank the Royalton New York enough for such a wonderful stay. I had to major business meetings for 2 days and everyone just felt like Queens and Kings from the moment they came to meet me here at the Royalton.The ambiance of the hotel and hospitality of Oumar and staff was top notch. My room was Absolutely Amazing! spacious clean and bright. They brought me extra towels, etc when needed. Although they didn’t have room service at this time they referred me to great places in the neighborhood or to just order from my app. I am so very appreciative of my stay at Royalton. This is a Hidden Gem💎 in the city. Absolutely FABULOUS!!! I recommend the Royalton New York to anyone who wants to be in serene environment living like a Royal. Simply Wonderful!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Over priced and miscommunicative
Too much to put in words never again. Tired and exhausted from the back and forth nonsense with these people. From check in, to getting our sheets changes, to calling ahead of time about rules and regulations to checking out, receiving the photos I took there and realizing how dirty the room actually was. Disgusting.
Janeay was just Amazing!
The front desk lady Janeay went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience! She changed our rooms & got the fireplace we wanted,and even ensured it had a tub. She even sent the guy up with the log to light the fire place. I've stayed at a lot of hotels. This was by far the best I've seen a staff go out of their way to ensure that my experience was everything I paid for.
