Clean for the most part. Very Average hotel. Basically Zero Amenities. The rooftop bar or restaurant was never open in my entire week there. No gym or gym pass like mentioned on the website. The location is really good though. Close to basically everything. If you ask me you could probably do better elsewhere for the price. I’ll give them three stars since the cleaning staff is nice. Closer to a two star in reality though.

Oh man, there were so many areas of opportunity here. 1. Check in did take forever, but I was like, ok let’s be nice here and give this guy some grace. 2. We called days ahead and asked for our single friend to have an adjoining room with us. We arrived and she received a completely different room than she had reserved, on a different floor. 3. Dirty. The rooms are dirty. The tiny little shelf in the bathroom was not clean, amongst all of the other cracks and crevices filled with dirt. 4. Room service?! What room service? I’m not sure why they even bothered with the door tags because they weren’t gonna come even if you wanted them. We actually were excited when we got wash cloths on the 3rd day. 5. The staff is terrible. They just don’t care. 6. On their website it still says there is a rooftop bar and a restaurant. There is neither, and the staff doesn’t give 2 sh*ts to let ya know know why or with any remorse. Cool. 7. Their website also says that they have a gym. No, they don’t and they won’t give you a pass for a local gym as it says either. We inquired about this and the worker said “oh, it still says that? We’ll have to let them know” Neat bud, super helpful now that we’ve already booked and spent 2k. 8. The fire alarms going off for hours and then someone telling us on the intercom to just ignore any future alarms until it can be fixed” ummmm pretty sure that’s not a thing. 9. The wardrobe they do offer was kind of a joke. A full length mirror on the inside of the door that doesn’t even open up all the way. I honestly feel like my kid could have looked at that space and designed it better. There were no fans in the bathroom. The bathroom storage is less than desirable. I get that the rooms are small but get real. Anyone with two eyes could have seen that just putting up a few shelves would have made a huge difference. Instead I had to use my phone light so I could see and the toilet seat in order to do my make-up. -The beds were comfy and the location was good. P.S. As far as I can see the management on these reviews just gives excuses and the same one liners. The only thing that would make this trip stay a lil better would be some $ refunded. “Unreal” - Ed Bassmaster

Broken down Hotel with no service

Check In took forever, Room needs desperate repair and Housekeeping did not clean the room once in 3 nights. We had to organise fresh towels every day from the reception, only beverage vending machines. The restaurant is closed!

Awesome location!

I loved this hotel. At first I was a little skeptical judging from the lobby but the rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable with nice clean sheets. The location is awesome, I was able to walk anywhere and a Citibike hub was right around the corner to the hotel where I was able to rent a bike and ride around the city! Super fun! I would definitely stay here again when I come back next year.

False advertising

I chose this hotel its advertised fitness facility access. There are may similar hotels; it's distinctive feature was the fitness facility access. But the staff said it was unavailable ("management scrapped that") in a cavalier manner. No apology, no attempt to find a solution. My email to the management remains unanswered. The rooms are small and crammed with two kind beds (why?), meaning there is no arm chair for reading or even a small space for stretching. I cannot recommend this hotel.
