Would not stay here again! The hotel food and beverage selection was a poor quality and expensive. The hotel room smelled moldy and musty and there was mold on the bathroom tiles in the shower. The checkout process did not work. I had to call the hotel after I left to check out. They were going to provide me a $12 night food and beverage credit which was not applied and later I had to ask for it.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay at the Double Tree, love the cleanliness and the customer service.Also enjoyed the fact that they had a good restaurant right downstairs so we didn’t have to go far to grab something to eat.

Great location. Will most certainly be back. Very professional. I was very happy with the staff and the food. Shuttle and management team was great. I will highly recommend this location to my colleagues.

Very dissapointed with policy and room quality

Room could definitely use some repairs and refreshing. Bathroom door was swollen and would nit close, cracked floor times and tub was delaminating. Power outlets between the beds were worn and wouldn't hold a plug plus were rigged with an extension cord through the wall unsafely. We were a few hours early and evev though the room was ready they would not waive their $50 early check in fee. I am a Hilton Honors member and always prefer a Hilton property and should have stayed in the local Marriott.

Courteous, professional, and welcoming Check-in Staff

The cookie was hot and the front desk agent was phenomenal. The staff was exceptional and was able to support me during check in. What was unfortunate, is at 3:30 am we circled the hotel for over 30 minutes to locate a space. There were NO VACANT spaces available for guests and many spaced occupied for park and ride options. If you cannot offer parking to guests you should not be offering room vacancies. That is a disgrace and a disservice to guests. As a guest needing handicap access and service, I wonder if the hotel is in compliance with the ADA. I did not feel safe in the Parking lot and was appalled by the alternative to park on the street. The hotel rate does not warrant it and it should not be an acceptable norm." The hotel floor (6) had trash lined down the hall at quite a few rooms (excessive), there was an odor in the hall and in the room. We did not report anything as we arrived in the room about 4am and it was of no merit at that time. The front desk agent who checked me in was amazing and thorough. She should be commended for how she managed the check-in process. The front desk agent that checked me in during check in at about 4am on 12/26 (young black female) was courteous, professional, and reassuring as I was frustrated and overwhelmed about the parking situation.
