Beware!! I am staying at Sonesta ES suites as I am writing this review. We had a very bad experience here. The reception staff is very rude. The housekeeping is bad. Housekeeping is just once a week. If the cleaning happens just once in a week, it should be done thoroughly. Instead they just change the bed linens. The floor is not vaccumed at all. Just think twice before coming here. They charge you a bomb. And what they give in that money is nothing. It's not worth your money. Instead there are better places nearby to stay. Forgot to mention the most important thing. The reception staff looks down upon you based on your nationality. They judge you as you are from a different country which they think is bad. Haven't felt discriminated in ages. Thank you Sonesta for this feeling.

Booked through expedia looking for a place suitable for a family traveling from out of state for the holidays. Check in was great. The room, not so much. Smelled like smoke, carpet heavily stained, assorted hair on the bathroom floor, the oven looks like its never been cleaned, and a windowsill full of dead bugs. I was in the room for about 5 minutes and it kept getting worse. Fortunately I had trip insurance so I was able to leave and cancel for a refund.

The hotel/resort is right off the highway, easily accessible with lots of grass and area to walk the dogs. It's situated alongside a corporate center. The rooms are all suites. Comfortable size. Comfortable bed. Cleanliness for room..The first obvious noticeable layer of dirt marks was on the entry door. Layers of black, oily residue up and down the interior and exterior of the door left behind from skin on hands and fingers. After walking into the room, the smell of urine. While inspecting the carpet, urine stains and dired vomit stains were obviously visible..this is a Pet Friendly Room only one available. I carry an air ionizer and viral disinfectant cleaner. Upon cleaning the oily human hand residue from the door.. "knuckle" impressions were revealed. A previous guest lost its temper and punched the door several times leaving the knuckle in-dentations. I cleaned up the dried vomit and dried urine stains as best as I could, covered them up w/ towels, plugged the air ionizer in then cleaned all the surfaces and high touch areas w/ same viral disinfectant. Left the room for several hours while the air ionizer cleaned the air. After a long tedious drive, I wanted to rest. But, that wasn't an option . A clean smell free room had become the priority.

We only stayed here for one night due to a college campus visit. The room is great, with a full kitchen and a lot of space for 5 people. Everything was clean, the front desk staff was very friendly. We would have loved breakfast, but given the situation they had a grab and go bag for everyone with water, apple, granola bar and muffin. The only complaint I would have is a bit of a bad smell in the apartment - like people might have smoked a while ago and covered up with febreeze. Not strong enough to make us not stay, but noticeable

Family displaced due to fire

Our family stayed at the Sonesta for two months due to a house fire. It was a very challenging time for us as we had to take care of our infant grandchild and our adult daughter was also a member of our household. My husband and entire family was received with a warm welcome. During our stay no matter what we needed the items were provided. We would like to give a special thank you to Carol, David, Kesha, Ira. Amber and Betty. Carol and the entire staff made us feel at home even when we had to be hospitalized. Please give our sincere gratitude to each of the staff.
