Fuimos con toda la familia a San Francisco y elegimos este Hotel por su precio aunque está a 45 minutos de la ciudad. Las instalaciones están muy bien y la suite de dos dormitorios más sofá cama fue cómoda para los cinco. El desayuno no es maravilloso pero está bien si consideramos el precio del Hotel y que éramos cinco adultos.
El lugar es tranquilo, con buenos servicios, restaurantes y comercios a poca distancia. Fue un buen lugar y centrado para conocer San Francisco y sus alrededores, Silicon Valley y sus grandes empresas, San José y Carmel. Si bien las distancias son largas casi no lo notamos. Fue una muy buena decisión y el servicio fue amable y bueno en general.
Sugeriría que cambien las toallas porque son muy pequeñas y usualmente teníamos que pedir más.
Una opción económica de buena calidad para la familia.

Location: driving 30 min to SFO airport, 40 min to downtown, and 30 min to Livermore outlet. It was under 200 USD for a 2 bedroom suite, giving us better sleep as we were jetlagged.
FoodMaxx supermarket was on the next block. It was well-stocked, cheap but very slow at check-out. Walmart and many restaurants were nearby.
Suite: the two bedroom suites had windows in all spaces except the bathroom. The bathroom had a middle door to close off the tub+toilet from sink. The tub was extremely narrow.
The 2+1 seater sofa, and seat/coffee table was okay for TV dinner. The 4 seat dining table was excellent for the grab-n-go breakfast.
The kitchen showed age, but had full size fridge, microwave, induction cooker and oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster. The InSinkErator was very loud. Cookware and utensils were well stocked too.
The 2 bedrooms had comfortable queen beds and pillows. Both rooms also had TV, a chest of drawers and a separate closet. Only the larger room had a working desk. WiFi was ok and easy to access.
The front desk was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast lady was extremely friendly and cleaning staff did a good job too. Parking space was plentiful, and pool looked small but inviting.
Two of the three laundry machines were broken. The only running washing machine rattled like a tank, and spun out of place during the last cycle. Had to drive out and rewash the clothes.

The room was not ready by the time we checked in. We were told that it’s due to covid-19. We had to wait for an hour. The front desk person was so rude with us. We decided to move to different hotel the following night. Everything else was ok. 3 star it’s.
Nice, clean and quiet.

The staff are wonderful. Everyone is pleasant and cheerful. Rooms are clean and quiet even next to the elevator. Love that kitchen has everything you need for a week. Definitely will return here. This hotel is close to everything too, shopping, costco, fuel stations. Easy in and out of parking lot. Feels safe.

By far worst hotel experience I have ever had. They over charged me and told me my refund would take 8-10 business days. When I checked my account I noticed they only did not refund me but charged me again twice.
Unprofessional staff on the phone when trying f to resolve this issue.
Also had a problem with them allowing a group of people to drink out in the Parking lot next to our car. The room smells. The beds were uncomfortable. And to top it off the issue with the charges made to my account in error. Still waiting to hear from management. Of course the fraudulent charges are being investigated by my bank. Clearly we made a mistake staying here while in town for a funeral. Don’t be fooled by the Marriott label.
