Deja and xena
Deja and xena is great. They are really proffesional and nice and I really enjoy my stay. It's definitely a home away from home and they make my stay extremely comfortable. The room could be bigger and more spaciuous
All downhill from here
Where do I begin with this one? Let me start by describing my first night spent in this horrid hotel. Within the first couple of hours of my first night stay, I encountered a couple of roaches in the room, the TV remote that didn’t even work for the TV, and two people dry humping each other in the stairwell. To add to that list, whenever I called down to the office I either get ring after ring and no one ever answers the phone or when they do answer, the response is always to call back in a few minutes when the manager comes back because the person answering the phone has no idea what in the world they are doing. I can’t tell you how many times I walked into the office during normal hours and no one answers the phone nor is there anyone even in the building. More times than not, someone is getting a paycheck for doing less than the minimum. Also, in terms of communication, none of the workers are ever on the same page. One person tells me the hours of when I can leave my linen outside my door and get fresh ones, and then a different person tells me today is not a day when I can get clean linens. I have had to smell weed every single day that I stay in this room and I don’t even smoke. by some miracle, there are no additional rooms available for me to move to. I find it hard to believe that this place is booked solid. Though It could be for the same reason I have been here an unfortunate two weeks already (currently awaiting the closing date on a house I bought). But I cannot do it anymore. The cost to switch hotels at a higher price and pay two pet fees over again is worth it to keep my sanity. One last thing to add, if you have dogs, don’t walk them anywhere near the property because every 10 feet there is a chicken bone on the ground and you’ll spend more time trying to keep your dog from eating all of them than actually walking.
I loved my stay!
My stay here was amazing! I stayed here for a week and had no issues at all. Deja at the front seat was very helpful and kind and made sure I had everything I would come and ask for. Thank you Deja! 💕
Unhappy long term stay
Everyday is a new rule here. (1) Notes left on the door about staff inspections to enter the rooms INSTEAD of doing the inspections after the checkouts that the housekeepers/maintenance staff SHOULD report any maintenance needed, (2) when smoker's are smoking outside away from the hotel building, they instructed me to go further and further EACH TIME where I was actually almost off the premises, (3) I have witnessed cockroach crawl under the door into a bottom floor room, (4) the cleaning/laundry/room service rules are not visitor friendly. I like to clean up my own room while I am staying in a hotel to help the staff out, but I run into rules of how and when I should ask for towels, sheets, garbage bags, etc., (5) The front office is not open 24/7 which makes it harder to get new room cards because I have to be on thier schedule to do so, (6) Majority of the time when entering the front office, you will have to speak outloud for someone from the back of office for staff to come help you at front desk and/or wait for staff to come to the front desk, (7) the carpet in the rooms (I have been in at least 3) needs to be periodically steamed cleaned. I have to change my socks often dye to the carpets being that dirty plus smells like a dog when entering the rooms. I CAN KEEP GOING ON AND ON WITH THIS LIST.....
Awesome stay. Very professional room could be updated but it's not the staff fault
The staff is very nice. It's a shame to see how they are treated by rude people. They are always friendly And professional. The maintenance Man Malik is very kind and respond to issue quick. Deja and cena are lovely. Tala and raison cleAn very well.
