Stayed as part of coach tour. Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and efficient. Rooms clean and comfortable.We had dinner, bed and breakfast included. All meals were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel very nice staff the room was spacious and very clean food was excellent and plenty. Good value for the money. Lovely 10 min walk to town over looking the beach would recommend it to anyone thank you to the lovely staff

Came to Newquay on bus trip from Scotland,arrived 7-30pm and driver informed us hotel knew we were coming and dinner would be waiting for us,more than welcome after such a long trip.We found the food to be very good and had no complaints whatsoever,likewise with staff all over hotel,desk,bar,dining room,nothing was a problem for the lovely staff.We had a sea view room and we had plenty of tea and coffee for our stay,only had to ask at reception should we need more,same thing with towels.Rooms were serviced if you requested this but we got on fine for our 4 nights and we're out most days doing trips.Indoor pool was lovely as was sauna,outdoor pool was Baltic but I prefer this so had it to myself.Entertainment every night which was nice and bar prices were very fair.Most of the people we came with were usually tired after being out on tours all day but still managed to stay up for the entertainment most nights.Young lady who worked at reception was a good singer and gave us a laugh as well.There is a handy Tesco a couple of doors down and a lovely walk into town along sea front.This is a well run hotel and Stands head and shoulders above other hotels the bus tours usually go to.Some of us left the staff in dining hall nice tips that were shared and thoroughly deserved.

Thank u to all the staff at Kilbirnie Hotel. Every member of staff who I encountered was helpful, cheerful, and attentive. A credit to the hotel. As regards the hotel the housekeeping is of a very high standard throughout. The meals are excellent. Compliments to the chef. I can only comment on the room I occupied (Room 119) was well furnished and the view was stunning. Evening entertainment was good. Hotel is situated approximately 15 minutes walk from centre but not a problem as good bus service into centre.

Stayed at this hotel last week on a coach trip from Scotland. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and very efficient. Special mention must be made of the dining room staff who were outstanding. Would highly recommend this hotel in Newquay.
