The new owners, Dan and Jamie have done an awesome job in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in this lovely historic home. The rooms were immaculately maintained and tastefully furnished. Dan did a wonderful job with breakfast, accommodating my wife’s special dietary needs. As advertised, the location is perfectly situated being walking distance to many of the Niagara Falls attractions. Without hesitation, a five star rating !
What a breakfast!

My husband and I spent two nights and loved every minute of it! We were greeted by both Dan and Jamie upon arrival. The photos on their site are accurate, "what you see is what you get." ..when you book your room, there are no suprises when you accually see the room. Beautiful rooms. Very clean. Breakfast was a two course meal. So full from breakfast, we toured Niagara Falls until late in the afternoon and then had something to eat! Great location, walked to Niagara Falls! We would like to come back in the future, and go to Canada.
Everything you could want in a B&B

Dan and Jamie are outstanding hosts and the house in beautiful. Our stay exceeded any B&B experience I've ever had. Here are some of the things we especially appreciated: individual climate control in each room, continual access to clean high-quality linens and towels, comfortable mattresses, 24/7 beverage service, great conversation and suggestions for sightseeing, and quick response to any need no matter how large or small. Beyond those basics Dan and Jamie provide the most incredible homemade breakfasts. Dan loves to cook and it shows in the quality of the food. Jamie loves to assure guests are comfortable and that shows in a thousand ways. This house is located on a beautiful street with great neighbors. Plenty of parking and easy access to local sights. My husband and I stayed in the smallest of the three guestrooms and our only challenge was a small shower (3x3 feet). We traveled with two other couples and occupied all three guestrooms, which made the house truly feel like our home for a week. We spent evenings relaxing in the living room and a few afternoons on the private front porch. So relaxing! I recommend this B&B as a top-level choice. You won't do better in the Niagara area if you like the feeling of a home environment and enjoy truly homemade gourmet breakfasts. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Dan and Jamie and their beautiful B&B are the perfect way to visit Niagara Falls! The home is wonderfully appointed and is ~2 blocks from the Niagara Gorge Rim Trail that takes you right to the parkway and falls. The hosts greeted us when we arrived, and gave us plenty of pro tips about our visit throughout our stay. Our room (The Falls Room) was comfortably furnished, updated but true to the era of the home. Little touches made the stay special, like the little "bowtie" blanket arrangement on our bed. An evening snack from a local bakery was provided each day, another sweet touch. The absolute crown jewel of the stay are the enormous, delicious breakfasts cooked for us each morning. Dan and Jamie joked that their goal was to make sure we didn't need lunch during our stay - and they succeeded! We can't wait to return. Thanks Dan & Jamie for a wonderful anniversary stay!

We have traveled the world and love to stay in B&B’s. The Butler House was one of the best we have ever encountered. The B&B is beautifully decorated, the rooms are comfortable and roomy. Dan and Jamie are the epitome of hospitality. Dan’s 2 course breakfasts are to die for, especially the bagel and cream cheese casserole. You could not find a better place to stay anywhere in upstate New York.
