If ONLY I had read the reviews of this so-called hotel!

The only excuse I have is that we were joining a family group, I was in a hurry and it was cheap. There are absolutely no staff and very few customers, all of whom look like zombies. When we checked in there was a mop in a bucket in the middle of the lobby, along with an unplugged vacumn cleaner. It was 10 pm. No coffee, no one made up our rooms (the only reason we stayed a second night was that we'd already paid for our rooms). There was no light in the bathroom and not enough towels. I think this USED to be a rather n ice hotel, the setting is pretty and there's plenty of parking but it has definitely fallen on hard times. We were there two nights and I never saw a staff member. The pool was closed and the laundry room was open to show an amazing assortment of filthy laundry.

Horrible and worst hotel ever

My family and I stayed at the Aderi hotel and were extremely dissapointed. There was no staff, everything was out of order. Garbage bins were filled to capacity. Room itself smelled like mildew, bathroom was horrible,bathroom door didn't close, toilet was broken, no hot water on our 3rd night, and the shower curtain fell from wall while bathing. Asked for wake up calls for 2 days , none received, booked hotel based on contential breakfast and although sign is up in hotel this is a scam in the price, not offered at all Drug addicts were always near pool and hoping in a out of ground floor windows. Amongst other things.. Pool was old and liner was all pulled up. Very upset and would strongly not recommend to anyone.

HOTEL NIGHTMARE

DO NOT go to this hotel! We went, a few days ago, and it was a mess! There is NO STAFF! The only people are a young couple who live in the hotel. If it wasn't for them, there would be no one to help us! This was truly pitiful! I had to clean the bathroom sink and fridge which was filthy. Nothing worked; we had to request hot water because there wasn't any. It seems that, since COVID, the management has done NOTHING in the hotel! All management seems to want is to keep this old, decrepit hotel open to get money. I wouldn't wish this hotel on anyone so please DON'T GO! By the way, "COVID" regulations? There weren't any!

this was a pleasant hotel off 395 exit 74 so its near alot of fun things to do. front desk was friendly i would definetly come here again. i was aalso informed that in the summer you can sign out beach passes for free at this hotel and get into local oceans for free parking very good perk.

Planning on seeing a show, have an exquisite chef- prepared meal, or perhaps trying your luck at one of two major casino? This hotel is at the perfect location....just off I95 (exit 74), and just before CT395, taking you to Foxwoods or the Mohegan Sun. Whether you're visiting for the holidays, or just visiting the beautiful beachfront town of Niantic, you will definitely enjoy your stay. The front office and support staff are more than helpful. Tweny-four hour service, seven days a week.
