Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great and hotel is very close to a Tram station and 10 mins walk from the beach. The room was spacious and Wifi was good. The view from the room was delightful. When we entered into our room for the first time, we found few hairs and cigarette ash near the window. The room was not properly cleaned. We informed housekeeping and they cleaned it immediately.

We stayed three nights at an executive room. With Vincento at the reception desk one feels welcome. We arrived early, but our room was ready which is a big plus. Vincento explained the location of the hotel in regard to shops and sights. The room is spacious enough and clean. Coffee and tea facilities present. Having a hard plastic containers for toothbrushes was an improvement over those soft plastic or paper ones many other hotels have. The bed was comfortable and wifi fast and there was hardly outside noise. The number of free electrical outlets is limited, so charging four devices took some planning. Housekeeping did a proper job. Breakfast is fine with fresh fruit, pastries and bread. But there was nothing on offer like a salad, tomatoes or cucumber, ... The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the beach, station and sights. A late checkout was granted, which allowed time for a morning walk. Would certainly stay here again.
Great Hotel, Best Staff!

I travel to Nice on a regular basis, and my company puts me up at this Holiday Inn. First, the location is perfect, close to the beach, old town, tram stops and all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the beds comfortable. I think all rooms have a mini fridge and a safe, the executive floors have coffee machines. The staff is the best! Francesco gets to know his guests and makes them feel welcomed. His team is always helpful, from checking in and suggesting restaurants to loaning scissors or a wine opener. Martin, one of the handymen, responds quickly, always wearing a smile whether he is called for a genuine concern or helping a "technically challenged" customer :-) Mamadou is also always smiling and remembers customers from one visit to the next. In my opinion, this hotel checks all the boxes every time I come and stay in Nice!
would not stay here again

Do you know those hotels that cater first and foremost to groups; large, small, even airline flight crews? This is one of those hotels. Upon arrival there was one person checking guests in (note that there is only one person working on any of the three shifts) and when it was my turn I was handed a letter thanking me for being a platinum IHG member and telling me I had a dedicated Priority check in waiting for me. This does not exist! The lady checking me in Aygun stopped my check in to answer two questions from one of the group participants which was just plain rude. Also my letter stated I was to receive a "complimentary room upgrade." Not so I was told it was subject to availability. I showed her the letter. There are no rooms available she then replied even though there were people waiting to check in behind me. My room faced a parking lot as does so many at this property. When I asked for another pillow she told me it was in my room. It wasn't. When I requested to speak to the manager she said she would tell him. Never happened or the manger never got in touch with me. Two elevators so you wait. Groups get priority; it's that simple. Ms Aygun makes me miss Marriott. I will switch my allegiance.

All excellent staff especially Aygun, but all in all they all go the extra mile to make you comfortable and have a enjoyable stay which we did. THANK YOU EVERYONE. The hotel is also well located to get the train to Cannes , Antibes ,Monaco and to and the airport at the cost of € 1.50
