This hotel is beautifully located in Nice, boasting stunning views over the sea and the park. The centre of the city is located just a short distance away. Links to the public transport network are to be found nearby. The old town, with its narrow alleys and historical attractions, is within easy access of the hotel. Guests will find themselves in close proximity to a number of entertainment, shopping and dining venues. Such a nice beautifull hotel. Lovely big suites. Very friendly and hardworking staff. Just a 5 minute ride to the petronas towers.. Its in a lovely location. Its not that expensive but it looks very luxurius. Good service to. I forgot medicine wich was still in the fridge in the room. We were already at the airport. So we called the hotel, talked to the manager, explained, and they called grap delivery service and whitin 1 hour my medicine was deliverd at the airport. So a lot off thumbs up for the hotel and also for grab. If we come back to KL we will defitnily stat at this hotel again

Ambience in room and room service too good for money. Good food. High priced buffet lunch and alcarte. Welcoming staffs in front office are too good. We were served by one Suresh and Kumar. They look experienced and guided us completely without a hindrance. I had an issue of not taking my personal phn charger so I felt that there could have been a standing charge station or charger on request facility as we expect everything to be available being a 5* hotel. But it wasn't provided even after asking. No proper Hot water facility.

Very friendly staff. Enjoyable breakfast. Rooms clean but not very inspiring. We played cards in a party of 10 persons in the lobby, which was appreciated by the hotel staff. Wine an beer was offered, we brought our own snacks. We played cards several afternoons in September 2019.
Nice to stay here

The best thing about this hotel is its central location, midway between the Old Town and the newer part of Nice. Close to the Promenade des Anglaise and with many resturants in the nearby streets. We booked a sea view room which included a Juliet type balcony. Not the photos above showing a balcony where one could sit and watch the world go by. The room was tiny. If I wanted the windows open, I had to lift the tub chair onto the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable and has given me a bad back. There was a safe and fridge. The TV had about six channels, all in French. I know I shouldn't expect it but an English news channel would have made my husband happier. The furniture was mainly cheap laminate. I felt the breakfast was rather extortionate at 15 euro. Many of the nearby restaurants were able to offer a much fuller menu at less cost. Where was the bar? We found a fridge in reception where you could buy a beer or a whole bottle of wine. You had to pay the chap on reception. He did open the beer bottle but I didn't get a glass. We managed to work out the bus to get us to Monaco, the train to come back and the tram to get to the airport.
