If you need a concierge that will communicate well enough in English, this is the hotel to stay. It is a stone throw from a great mall with amazing shopping and Sushi restaurant at the top most floor near the movie theater. The sushi restaurant has a lady called Jane who speaks English and amazing at welcoming you as well. Made my trip to Ningbo worthwhile.
Very nice but very hot 🥵!
Nice hotel hot 🥵 rooms. I just stayed there for 3 weeks and for the most part the hotel is very nice. But it’s the little thing that get over looked. I like to have me room very cold so exam sleep better. My room never got below 26*C. I was told to open the window to make it cooler. That just made things worse. It got very humid in the room with bugs flying in. Then you the noise from construction across the street and the honking of horns every 2 seconds. The rest of the hotel is very nice. The fitness center could be a little cleaner (the machines). The hotel has a bar but was never open. Open the bar!
Overall nice hotel, very bad receptionist called Mark Wu (night shift)
Overall the hotel was good. Clean and spacious room, with all the essential amenities. However we had a bad experience with one of the staff at the reception. On the first day we arrived and a staff called Mark Wu (night shift) did the check in. From the first day he was very rude every time we approached him for any information. Inspite of that, during the morning all the staff at the reception was very helpful.
Known hotel chain in Yinzhou but...
Hilton is a famous name, but do not be deceived by these names as the service is only so so. Stayed here for 5 nights, but bedsheet is always torn on this exact spot. Supposedly they should change bedsheet every three days, but why is the torn at this exact spot? On some days, they provide a floor mat in the bathroom, on some days they do not. And when we called reception, they ask me to spell out the word?!? When providing shampoo and shower gel, you may get 2 bottles of shampoo, but no shower gel.
Not Bad
Was having 2 nights staycation with my family. Room is really nice, the corner room was so big, love the ambience and scenery at night. However, the pillow has some damp smell, staff is rude (or maybe a bit lack of English).
