We had a big room for two person, and there was enough space. Bedroom, living room and bathroom, on the sixth floor was balcony also! +Working kitchen and small dishwasher - no coffeemachine as promised - The bed was hard as rock, and only one blanket - TV was size of a postmark + Aircondition

Buono per una notte

The rooms were big enough and comfortable but the carpet was all torn and the bathroom was a mess ( the tiles were broken and the door was alla scratched). The worst thing though was the smell... As soon as you entered the room you could smell the terrible odor. Warning! There is a payable parking space but your car has to be lower then 1.90m or it won't fit. It's probably ok to sleep one night but not for more. I'm sad to say that I probably won't come back.

Very nice hotel room. Easy go to old town and every where. Price vs quality was okay. Fridge and stove and microwave was very good. Air conditioner was okay. Someone try to call us room in the midnigt and morning about 8 am and that was very annoying.

Awful hotel

Reviewed 17 october, 2018

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights during our motorbike tour of europe. This is one of the most unhappy stays we have ever had in any hotel, and based on our stay, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Where to begin... it is far from the 'apartment' as described. There is a bed, with the side bit so can be used to sit on like a 'sofa' I suppose. We had a tiny table which could just about fit two people on. The self catering is a fridge, two hobs and a microwave, but the kitchen appliances were very few and far between. It was clean enough, but the carpet area where the bed was looked so filthy and worn. The air con did not work, and being up on the 4th floor it was roasting in the room, so neither me or my husband slept that well. We were travelling on a motorbike, so one of the reasons I booked this hotel due to having secure underground parking. When we went to check in, we asked about parking our motorbike to be told the car park was full, there would be 'no room for a motorbike'. The receptionist who checked us in expressed the view that it would be unsafe being parked underground, where no one would see the bike. The best place for it to be was in front of the hotel entrance on the pavement on the street, due to police driving past regularly, and reception office window being there. She was clearly not going to be helpful and much to our expression of concern and dissatisfaction, did not offer for us to park in the secure parking. Not our idea of safe, but were offered no option, so that's where we left it. Next morning my husband checked on the bike, and it had been used as a leaning post for people smoking outside the entrance & someone had clearly put a fag out on it. Not impressed, we went straight to the receptionist to ask if we there would now be parking available. She was very helpful, and said it would be no problem at all (bearing in mind this was 9am in morning, so I'm sure not everyone would have checked out by this time). After going through two coded gates and a barrier into the underground parking (which you also needed a fob, given to you only when booking a parking space, so the lift would take you to the parking level) there was a designated motorbike area which would fit 7 motorbikes, and they were all empty at 9am in the morning, but at 3pm they were all full... apparently.... after also struggling to sleep that either damage or loss of our transport for our holiday would be taken we were not best pleased and confirmed our thoughts the previous receptionist was being very awkward and increadibly unhelpful. The area the hotel was in was not exactly a glam part of Nice, with plenty of police cars around the area which did not feel me with confidence. Please do yourself a favour and find somewhere nice to stay.... you most certainly 'get what you pay for' here.....

Still awaiting refund for room ...had to move to other hotel

My wife and I were in Nice during heat wave and booked this hotel as rooms looked nice and they had air conditioning. We arrived late at night to check-in but room was dirty and next room they gave us the air conditioner didn't work. So we asked for another room as I cannot sleep in heat, but that was the last room available so nothing they could do. We either had to suffer and sleep in hot room or go to another hotel. We asked for refund since they could not give us a room as advertised but he couldn't authorize it but would tell manager the next day, which we emailed the story. So we booked another hotel with great room and bed and air conditioning and slept well (Giraldi) We spent hours on our vacation trying to communicate with snaptravel and the hotel but no response. When we got home, no refund! They stiffed us! I could not believe it. I am still trying to get a refund since we did not stay there and they could not provide a room as promised. (not our fault) The place is like a student residence. I will update this posting when I hear back from the manager of the hotel on this incident.
