A great inn in a great location

We loved this inn! We stayed in the penthouse upstairs (room 11 if I remember correctly), and it was huge and very comfortable. The staff was super nice. There's ample parking on the premises. The location was ideal as it is right off the main drag which has stores and restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely recommend if you're staying in the area.

Beautiful Inn in a fabulous location

We booked this as a last minute stay having gone off our planned route. I'd been to North Conway before so knew it was a nice area to visit. The Inn is situated just off the main road in. It's a lovely old building with some great features. We were in room 7. It was huge! We had high ceilings, a fireplace, TV, sofa, fridge etc. The bathroom was huge too, with a great shower but an even better tub! It was really deep and a wonderful surprise. There is free on street parking. No breakfast but there are options in the village. Make sure you visit Zeb's Store just down the road as it's amazing. Thank you, Kearsarge for a wonderful evening! Highly recommended

A most beautiful room with everything we needed. Comfy bed, toiletries, spotlessly clean, homely. Owner top quality too!

Manager/Owner is a superstar who runs a perfect establishment. Our room was fabulously luxurious in a very homely way. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed 10/10. Lovely shower/bathroom. We were extremely happy here. Sue, you went above and beyond for us and we felt very thankful. Thank you for organising our trip to Bridgton! The local taxi recommended at Kearsarge Inn were great too! Totally satisfied, absolutely no issues whatsoever! 100/100!!!

We booked 2 rooms more than two month in advance and specifically asked and got a promise for adjacent rooms. So what, we checked in, the rooms are not adjacent, the owner says "the adjacent room is occupied". But wait, that's not the worse part. The bed and pillows are from another era, simply old and uncomfortable. Is that it? No, listen to this. THEY DONT CLEAN THE ROOMS DURING YOUR STAY! Why you ask? Because of COVID they say. COVID? The lady owner accepted us in her office, no mask, no nothing, there is no sign anywhere in the hotel mentioning COVID or anything related (except for a lame printed excuse in the room, after checking in of course), but they don't do the rooms, don't change towels and bedsheets, they don't clean the bathroom, none of the above, because "WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO SO" she said. Okay I say, we have the right to publish the service level and to recommend people to NOT STAY at Kearsarge Inn. Other things we didn't like in this place includes a noisy window air conditioner positions in front of the bed, outdated carpets, old sofa and bed covers.... Anything we liked? Yes, for sure, but WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOT REPORT GOOD THINGS.

We just enjoyed a wonderful anniversary weekend at the Kearsarge Inn. Not only is the location fantastic to downtown North Conway but the room and hospitality is top notch! Thank you for helping making our anniversary special!
