Good for a transfert
Positive points: location, comfortable beds, self-service coffee upstairs, room clean, and no sound from the flight. The housekeeping staff was lovely. Negative: reception during the chek in you get half information and you are not welcome. The check out well they are happy to see us leave.
Amazing Hotel
I love this Hotel. The location is located in tge Airport and very safe during the pandemic . They follows the general safety procedure during this pandemic and I love the room its big with amazing view of the airport. The service is excellent.
One night in Amsterdam.
The hotel is super convenient, it is inside the airport, close to the train station, so that in 20 mins you can be in the city centre. Big room, huge bathroom, complementary coffee and tea. A special thanks to the guys at the reception Vittorio, Antonio and Chantal.
Great service and accommodations, clean, friendly and great food.
When we arrived, the parking lot was clean, well lit. The service we received upon checking is was friendly, everything was ready for us. Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms for a pleasant nights sleep. The food in the restaurant for our late dinner was second to none. Continental breakfast had so many choices in a clean and safe setting as was the restaurant. Bonus was the shuttle to the airport for easy access into the airport. We will definitely stay there at another time. Great prices also! Keep up the great service!! Thank you
The Absolute Best Customer Service
We were flying out on October 23rd, and 3 and a half hours before the flight, realized that one of our cats was missing. We were traveling with two of them, and let them out of their travel box to rest before the long haul. We went down for breakfast, came back and couldn’t find one of them. After turning the room inside out, looking in every possible place, we called the reception and asked for assistance. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond! They were up in our room within 5 minutes and helped us eventually locate our kitty. They really did everything in their power to help us and we so sincerely appreciate it. We will definitely be staying here again (hopefully without the cats to cause trouble) the next time we’re in Amsterdam. We want to extend our thank yous again to all the staff members who assisted us.
