Swank Boutique
I was so impressed with this charming hotel. Sterling checked us into our water view king room with a balcony. I loved our room, the comfort of the bed, bath robes, and the sink being separate from the toilet. Also, the view from the balcony was serene. The breakfast is perfect with hard boiled eggs, fruit and bread. Here is the swank part: A guitarist during the morning breakfast! Vanderbilt Beach is about a mile away and you can walk on a beautiful walking path or take the shuttle that this hotel provides. Also, they have beach chairs and umbrellas. Another option is using bikes that they have on site and they are free to use! Everything was top notch and a big thank you to Sterling, Jeff the shuttle driver, and Jeff at the desk. Our stay was memorable and my only regret was that we weren’t there longer.
Intimate Inn Feels Like Home
From the moment we entered this lovely, intimate Inn, we were greeted warmly by Robert at the front desk, and made to feel welcome. Robert went above and beyond to ensure our family’s every need was met. In fact, All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our beautiful room overlooking the lake was comfortable, open and airy. Relaxing by the pool is tranquil. It is also easy to hop on the hotel shuttle and enjoy the nearby beach. The north Naples location is terrific. Easy walk to many fabulous restaurants, drugstore and grocery. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for a delightful stay.
Love this sweet hotel!!!
Stayed for 4 nights in February to visit family. I was able to walk to grocery store, CVS, etc. ... just sad SteinMart has closed because I did my "power shopping" there on my trips. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were very friendly. Pool is a peaceful oasis. I enjoyed sitting on my balcony, and was able to have my slider open to enjoy the fresh air. Bed is very comfortable with many pillows. I had no issues during my stay.
What a great little place near Pelican Bay!!
We were visiting family in Pelican Bay (Naples) and wanted to be close. When we booked the Inn, we were expecting just a place to sleep, but what an adorable Inn with such great people working there! Our room overlooked the lake and was so comfortable, with a pull out sofa and a balcony that we could sit out on and watch the sunset. They have a cute breakfast included looking out onto the lake, and a very good guitarist playing music in the lobby. Free parking and great service! They also have a pool and beach service, but we did not use since we were with family who had private beach privileges.
Take away cellular device from staffs
There is a small lakerounds here. It is in desperate need of repair, cleaning and care. We hated the those rooms that have a balcony. Front staffs were not interested in their job at all. They would not make eye contact or say hello to us. They were busy with their cellular devices.
