They have been helpful and understanding, and I did not had any trouble with the service they provided. view from the room was excellent. I highly recommend days inn for personal if ya wanna relaxed and enjoy the service
Excellent Service
I stayed 4 nights in Days Inn. Very clean & excellent service. Karan & Raman at front desk & manager Cindy are wonderful people. Very helpful. It was wonderful stay. I highly recommend. Supermarket, restaurant & 15 min walking from pilot view point.
It was good
A good place to stay after two weeks work at the Mines but the only thing was poor was internet wifi. The location is good and the 3rd floor has some amazing breakfast and also room service as well. I would stay here again.
Terrible customer service
Checked out early in the morning around 4am for my air Canada flight. The air Canada flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues. I called the hotel back and explained the issue and they said I could come back until 11am checkout time. Once arriving and paying for a cab back to the hotel they informed me that once you check out you can not check back in. Very poor customer service and would not even check to see if the room had been cleaned. Do not recommend.
Sudden trip to Yellowknife Days Inn
Overall, my sudden need to stay in Yellowknife was fulfilled by the Days Inn. Room was clean, service was prompt and any questions were answered by the staff. Internet worked well. Might be a good upgrade to look at USB plugins, though.
