Recomendable para viaje de Negocios
Su situación es muy buena y su atención al público excelente. Tiene un restaurantd al lado del hotel que está muy bien y un Walmart a 5 minutos andando. Lo recomendaría para personas que tengan un viaje de trabajo y quieran estar bien situadas, al lado de la autopista. Hay que llevar siempre coche
Tranquilidad
Este hotel esta muy bien ubicado y es excelente en todo sentido. A pocos pasos hay un restaurant Crakel Barrel y un poco mas alla supermercados y varias tiendas. Tiene fácil acceso y dependencias. Fue recientemente completamente remozado.
Bugs and cigarette smell
We stayed here for 4 nights. We had asked for a non-smoking room, but were roomed on the smoking floor - even though the hotel was mostly empty. Two of the nights the TV did not work (the front clerk told me to move the dresser myself and unplug and replug it in). They never fixed it. There was no housekeeping on Fridays (probably COVID related) but could not even get shampoo replenished. The third night there was a bug - and the front clerk came to the room to confirm (it was still there, yuck) and moved me to another room (where the TV did work, but the smoke still permeated the air). When I submitted a review of my unfortunate stay, I was contacted by Patricia Smith from Hilton. She apologized and said that "a pest-free environment is basic for a good stay". No kidding. But when I asked to be reimbursed for one night (the bug night) - never heard from her again. We have stayed in countless Hampton Inns over the years. This was actually not the closest hotel to our destination. For the first time in years - I just stayed in a Holiday Inn.
Great hotel that accepts pets!
I stay here for nearby dog shows and it is a great hotel. Closest to the show site and handy to the interstate, nice clean rooms, restaurant right next door for with more nearby. Comfortable and has great staff.
Meh
I usually love The Hampton Inns...they’re very nice and comfortable. For the price, you’d hope so! This one is a bit outdated and was no where near as nice as we expected. Luckily it was only one night and we were only there to sleep. But the AC unit was super loud and difficult to sleep through. And in the morning, you can hear everyone’s doors slamming shut. It woke us up a lot earlier than we would have liked. Also, due to Covid they said they simplified their complimentary breakfast, no one ever offered us a thing or mentioned it at check in. Oh and the free coffee was not hot at all. I would not recommend this hotel
