The neighborhood is not great. My husband saw a robbery at the Popeyes in the neighborhood. A sign outside the building says "park here at your own risk". For me that is reason enough not to book there again. The pictures are very misleading of the outside of the hotel. The inside is newly remodeled but the outside looks super run down.

No carpet on floors. Need comfortable chairs to watch television. Beds great and comfortable. Need to restock breakfast for people waking up at 8 or 9. No coffee or fruit at 8. Room large and bright. Loved New Orleans.

Breakfast still in bags..not a really tasting breakfast. I choose hotels with breakfast options because of my kids. The guy that gave me the bags told me to look through the bag and be completetly sure that my kids would eat everything. Otherwise he would not give it to me.

Awesome hotel, clean, with good wifi, good breakfast, friendly staff. We were very pleased with this hotel. We asked for a one hour extension for check-out, hotel staff gladly agreed. Thanks again for your hospitality !

The one room window faced an old broken wood fence, I could not see anything else, if the window had opened, I could have touched the fence without extending my arm, parking lot dirty full of trash , floor stain tiles broken , window curtain only hung up in the middle , remote for television , greasy dirty
