Hotel Not Our Cup of Tea for sure 2022

My husband and I stayed one night in late November 2022 using the hotel's Park n Fly option. After making the reservation and arriving to the hotel to check-in, my husband was told there was not a shuttle driver on duty at 4 AM when we needed to be shuttled over to the Pittsburgh airport. After firmly explaining to the hotel's front desk receptionist that we would be picked up at 4 AM, accommodations were made. And the next morning at 4 AM we did have shuttle bus service. Note to hotel: do not offer park and fly if you don't have a shuttle driver available. The hotel does not have an elevator and you won't find anything newly remodeled - the experience is more a flashback to the 1980s. And the walls are paper-thin - we heard a very volatile argument next door that was actually quite worrisome. Thankfully they either passed out or made up... we got a few hours of sleep at least. Upon our return to Pittsburgh, we called for the return shuttle back to the hotel and was told there would be a 15-30 minute wait for pick up. So we ventured outside to wait (windy winter day) 💨 After 31 minutes with no ride, my husband called back to the hotel receptionist. He was told the driver would be called again and assured us we would not have to wait. 20 minutes later, our shuttle driver arrived in a really crappy and smelly van. Did we get what we paid for?, perhaps. But we now know this hotel does not meet our needs.

My friend and I arrived for a fun weekend in my hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The check-in process went smoothly. However, upon entering our room, we noticed cigarette burns on the bedding, curtains and furniture. We were surprised that smoking was still permitted inside hotel rooms. I guess this establishment was the exception to the rule. The microwave hadn't been cleaned and was splattered with food inside. We requested new bed sheets as there were little hairs on the sheets and stains on the mattress covers. The bathroom doors had noticeable brown stains, the main door had several holes where locks were moved and replaced. Noticeable stains on the ceiling. Several of the room placards were stained and sticky and there were dead bugs on the window sill. The mirrors were dirty, no housekeeping; not even a fresh roll of toilet paper and no emptying of the trash cans. The toilet was cracked, mold on the bathroom tiles. The furniture was dusty and all of the vending machines were empty of water. Luckily, my friend and I brought Lysol and sanitizing wipes and tried to make our stay tolerable. We ended up cutting our stay short due to a family emergency. We asked if we could be reimbursed for the night we did not stay. The young man at the front desk stated yes at first and then within 30 seconds stated that we would have to contact Expedia for a possible refund. After many calls to customer service and Expedia, we were unable to secure a refund. For these reasons, we do not recommend this hotel and we will pass this information on to as many travel sites as possible.

This room was absolutely disgusting! Hair everywhere, dead bugs, spiderwebs, greasy food spots on nightstand, dribble and fingerprints stains on bed comforters. We considered sleeping in our rental car. Very outdated and looks like carpet has never been cleaned. Will not be returning. Smelled awful. I do not know how this place has so many good reviews unless they are fake.

Suite for 1 night

Stayed one night in the 2 bedroom suite. Room was bright and appeared clean. Judging by the fixtures and finishes, this is an older property that has been maintained. Wish their was an ice machine closer, but i understand why it is where it is. Breakfast looked good, but no time. Grabbed a juice and moved on.

Easy on-ramp to I376 Small room and bed. Room does have refrigerator microwave coffee maker. Plenty of hot water. The is an airport shuttle. Parking is six dollars a day. Parking lot was pretty full. Not many spots available. Ok for an early flight. Paid $50 a night plus tax on Priceline.
