Very bad experience

We had a reservation for two sea-view rooms from 29/7 - 3/8. It was the worst holiday experience we ever had and completely ruined our summer vacations. 1. Cleanliness: On the day we arrived we realised the windows in one of the rooms were dirty. We thought of it as an accidental mistake and didn’t make a big case out of it. 2. Wifi / telephone: Soon we realised the wifi and telephone was not working in any of the two rooms. As we were planning to work from our laptops during our stay, we immediately asked the receptionist to take action and repair it. We were surprised to hear they were already aware of this issue but they didn’t inform us in advance. Thus, we had to use our mobile data to connect to the internet and the hotel staff only offered to give us a room during working hours so we can work from there but still had to use our own mobile data at all other times and even though they promised to fix the issue on multiple occasions, they never did. This was really inconvenient and costly. 3. Air conditioning: The air conditioning system was not fully operational from the first night. Even when we set it to the lowest temperature, the room was very hot. Around 11pm of our second night, the air condition system stopped working. This was extremely uncomfortable as these days Greece was experiencing a heatwave where temperature reached more than 40C degrees during the day. We never managed to sleep that night and hotel staff told us there was a problem with the central unit and part of the hotel was out of power for air conditioning. We tried to reach to the hotel’s general manager multiple times but he/she kept avoiding us so we never managed to talk to him/her. The high price you pay, combined with the low quality of services and bad attitude from management is the exact opposite of what you expect from a 5star hotel. Having our holidays ruined, we grabbed our stuff and left the hotel on the second day. The hotel offers nothing close to the 5star hotel they claim and I would surely never visit again.


Unreal and amazing nature

If you want to relax you are on the right place. Closed complex, bungalows located in a pine forest and olive trees. Beautiful ambience that descends to the shore where there is a pool with sea water and several smaller beaches. Since the children are not so small, the beaches and the entrance to the water suited us, although they are not the best option. The beautiful restaurant is above the pool where additional hygiene measures are observed. At the reception you can look for a sea view room that are beautiful, as well as some garden view rooms, which actually have a sea view as well. The staff is always helpful and at your disposal. Unfortunately, what does not correspondents 5 stars hotel is the variety of food, which is far below that level, as well as that they should decide for an all-inclusive concept or half board. Given that, there were occasional crowds at the pool bar especially on weekends when came people from Athens on the weekend and pied for drinks and food. Also, the SPA center and gym are out of order. The hotel could not get more than 4 stars. However, all those things didn’t mind us in this environment. Beautiful nature, aromas and the sea are something that relaxes all your senses. Also, all compliments for the animation team Rony and Dejan of the French agency that made this holiday unforgettable. Incredible positive energy and variety of games, spontaneity, moderation. They accepted us as we were a part of their guests, so even unknowing of the French language was not a problem for us. I’m sure that we’ll come back again.

Beautiful place

The hotel is big, it takes some time to walk everywhere. The room was big, comfortable and well-furnished. . In general the hotel looks like it need to take some repair works and after that it will be 5-star rated. The sea was clean and warm, entrance from stairs. Swimming pool is not too big, but it warmer that sea,


The most worst resort in the Loutraki area

Never in my life I cannot sleep every night in a hotel due to a moschito. Ilost the counter of how many moschito I killed!!! The last days was incredible, the housekeeper forghet to clean my room!!! I was i Loutraki a lot of time in other famous hotel either in economic hotels. But never in my life I was not able to sleep every night during my journey in this windam Loutraki.

This place needs some work. The food was overpriced and not to the same standard as the rest of Greece. They played extremely loud music until 11:30 pm at the pool. When I called the front desk to ask them to turn it down or off at 10:30, the receptionist asked, "what music?," as if the music could not be heard a few yards away in the lobby where he was. He said he would ask them to turn it down or off, but that did not happen until over an hour later. I called back once more around 11:00 or 11:15 and was treated with hostility and anger from the receptionist. They also conveniently "forgot" to charge me for a meal that I had to settle a few days later by sending my credit card number through an email. If you have the option stay away from here and the Wyndham the property is shared with. Also, the AC did not work well. Our rooms were around 85-90 degrees Fahrenheit at night.
