The hotel is close to the highway, yet close to shops and restaurants. The room is comfy with all the amenities you could ask for. The front desk was friendly and fast to check us in. We will be back soon.

Terrible service. Called police for 10 yr olds, in the hallway. Manager, Evangeline refused to speak to me, after she secretly charged my credit card $250, labelled Miscellaneous Revenue. I’ve already launched a complaint with Hilton and stopped payment on my Credit Card. Be aware, do NOT stay at this hotel.

I wish I had the option to give a 0/5!!! From the moment we checked in with kids for a hockey tournament we were given horrible service, negative and rude front desk staff. They closed the pool for the remainder of the weekend when we had specifically booked this hotel for the pool. When asked to speak to the manager Evangelin she told her front desk staff she is not speaking to us and for the remainder of the weekend she was nowhere to be found. TERRIBLE MANAGER! This hotel also charged our credit card extra miscellaneous fees on our credit card of 300$ the day after check in WITHOUT our consent!!!! When asked to speak to manager about this charge she AGAIN refused to speak to us. On check out day, front desk refused to give us an invoice of our stay and said their printer was not working and we would get an emailed receipt after 2pm. Luckily we ended up staying in Brockville till 3pm and returned to the hotel as still no email was sent. I returned to the hotel and dealt with Lara who was the only staff that I can give a 5/5 customer service. She finally gave us our invoice. I will NEVER be returning to this hotel and if you have a family or booking with a bigger group PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE. I will be booking at the HOLIDAY INN BROCKVILLE for our next stay as we heard so many good reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

There are no words to describe, completely unorganized from the start and still have $300 of false misc revenue charges on my credit card. Because our kids were running in hallways no damage was created. Horrible customer service, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY!

A first hockey tournament for most of our team after a few crappy covid years, should have been an exciting time, and as winners of the tournament, the on-ice time was great. The stay however a different story. A very confusing booking before the tournament( calling to reserve and multiple team members being told multiple things - like a name and number is enough to hold the room at the team rate only to find out at the hotel there is no such reservation). Check in was confusing and chaotic to say the least. But alas we are all checked in, great pool time. Nope after being reprimanded for playing, Hotel staff decided it was time to close the pool for the whole weekend by 2 pm Saturday. Did I mention we left Saturday for our first game at 9 am, only to return to the hotel at 2 after a team lunch. Then needed to leave again by 4. Not only that but the hotel staff called the police on us, stating we had been drinking in the lobby and disrespectful to staff. There were multiple teams staying at the same hotel. There was very little if any warnings/ chances if any at all before things were escalated. The police were kind and calm, but even so scared most of our kids into believing they were being kicked out! They are 9- and 10-year-olds. I inquired about a curtesy room, or banquet room we could rent/ borrow for the kids to play and not be intrusive on the rest of the hotel, and we were informed there were none, and that the other team in the hotel had paid for it for the whole weekend. To top off the weekend when trying to check out Sunday morning, a parent noticed an extra charge on their CC. Seeing this they mentioned to the group, much to everyone's dismay we all had it. After asking for a receipt upon check out, we were told by front desk, an incredibly rude and disrespectful lady, told us all the printer was broken and a receipt would be emailed after 2pm. I worked in the hotel industry for 16 years, and never have I ever not given a receipt. After the team won, we all went back to the hotel ( 3pm) on Sunday where there was finally a duty manager who took some ownership, claimed thy would be helping return the funds charged, ( a miscellaneous item # on the bill as $250.00 +hst) and calling all of us personally. This duty manager is the only person the whole weekend who took any ownership and talked to us with respect. The whole staff was disappointing, no one would speak to anyone about anything. The overall experience was disappointing to be honest as a first tournament it left a bad taste in our mouths. If you are a team or group, I suggest you skip this hotel, and for the hotel I suggest if you do not have patience or space for a team do not take the reservations!!
