Best Western Odessa
Great place to stay. Good value. Awesome staff. Very clean and quiet. All around a nice to play stay and centrally located .good places to eat within walking distance. Comfortable beds and clean linens.

Needs were met before even asking. Glorious customer service! Rooms was perfectly prepared. Cleanliness was on point. The rate received was fantastic. Last but certainly not least was the cheery and stupendous customer service!
Could Use More Attention
This is an older hotel. One of the most annoying things was the bathroom door that automatically closed, which was a bit ironic since the door to the room didn't. There were a couple indications of questionable management - I got two face soaps, and no shampoo; they also sent me an email that ended "Sincerely, I'm sorry it's taken time to get back to you. As of right now I have hired candidates . . ." They just don't seem to pay attention to what they're doing, or maybe don't care all that much about what they're doing. They needed to do a better job cleaning. It's old, but remodeled nicely. Cleanliness: Below average. Pretty average in the main areas, but real bad in the bathroom on the walls, counter, floor. Bed: Good Bedding: Fair. Well...
Staff was friendly. The AC unit in the room makes an AWFUL sound. I called the front desk and they were very nice and offered to switch rooms... but then told me they all make noise. It sounds like an alien or a heard of weird crickets chirping at the same time. And other than thinking we were going to die in the elevator...seriously ... it feels like it’s falling... it jumps all around... the hotel is nice.
Nice fAcility
The hotel is well built and maintained they actually insulated the walls between rooms and between the walls in the room itself so you can get a good nights sleep. The windows where thick and insulated sound and heat from the outside well. The staff was polite and efficient and did a great job
