Overall a comfortable stay!
My daughter and I stayed at BestWeatern in Oglesby to be near hiking trails. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. The pool/hot tub was great. Room was comfortable. Internet was fast... I caught the manager around the halls without a mask twice though which, that's my only real complaint. Overall a good trip!
Life Saver
This hotel was fantastic. Their COVID safety practices were the best I’ve seen any business since the virus started! Room was clean, amenities were plenty. I Interacted with three staff members and each person was helpful, professional and high level customer service. Lumpy pillows, and soundproofing noise from the hall into rooms could be better but overall this hotel was great value and experience!
Everything you need
Comfortable beds, decent shower and small pool and hot tub but hot tub was perfect. Room has fridge and microwave which is always nice. Room was quiet. Check in and out very fast. I would stay here again as it was worth the money.
Nice place to stay but wild parents and kids
Hotel was clean, well appointed rooms, and very reasonably priced. Issue was that there was a group there with their kids that the parents thought it was okay to allow their kids to run up and down hallways laughing and yelling until 3:30am. The hotel staff did nothing to address the issue which was somewhat frustrating. Parents were too loaded to control their kids based on their loud interactions in the hallways all night long, as well. Nice place to stay - would recommend sans drunk parents and wild kids.
Clean, Friendly, Convenient
This was a return visit based on our previous experience. The pet-friendly room was clean, odorless, in perfect working order, and quiet. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. There is a KFC just across the parking lot making snacking r dinner easy. The freeway is a few hundred feet away.
