Pleasantly surprised
Having been in quite a few hotels during the Covid, this property was more than welcoming. I always judge a hotel by the people working there and their attitudes in helping me. I think that is a true reflection of the management and ownership of a place. The front desk was very nice and took care of all my needs without question. Even above & beyond what they could have done. Hotel is clean, well maintained, and accommodating. Would recommend staying here. N I’m a bit particular.
Wonderful stay!
The room was sparkling clean, bed was super comfortable, I even loved the pillows, all four of them. We came in very late and the young gentleman was very accommodating. I can’t say enough about our stay! Very cozy!
Surprisingly pleasant
We were tried after driving over 9 hours. Located this hotel by using the app. It is located between Columbus and Cleveland. We had excellent service from the desk, and he even recommended a restaurant that had GREAT barbecue. I would definitely stay there again.
Wonderful Experience
This is a great Hampton Inn, it was clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was wonderful as usual. My family had to travel to the region for a funeral. I mentioned this upon check in to Cody B. and he took the time to write a note of condolences. It was incredibly touching that he took the time to write this note and it was greatly appreciated by my family.
Review of Hampton inn
We had to come to London Ohio for the funeral of my daughter n laws mother. We stayed at the Jeffersonville/Washington courthouse Hampton Inn. It was a very good experience! Everything Wes perfect, the staff was courteous and helpful. We will stay there again if we need to travel there again.
