Excellent Service and Hospitality. Great staff and awesome housekeeping, very pleasant stay. I would definitely return, safe location, nice and friendly people on the staff. All needs have been met efficiently, very gratfor the opportunity and experience!

I loved the rooms they had everything I needed to survive for 11 days for an amazing price! The room service was consistently great and they serve breakfast every morning! They have a pool and a work out room!

Terrible place - don't stay here

So many things were wrong here... 1. Broken toilet seat 2. Broken lamp in the room 3. No Kleenex in the room 4. Maintenance man banging on the wall in the next room at 7:00pm 5. "Double" size mattress pad on a King size bed made for an uncomfortable sleep 6. They ran out of butter for their waffles at breakfast. Said it was "1st come, 1st served" When I asked to speak to the manager. I was told that she took a vacation because it was Thanksgiving. I realize this is an Economy hotel, but REALLY????!!!!!! This was terrible.

Second worst place to stay in Broken Arrow

This is place is second only to the econolodge across the street. The bathroom was moldy and disgusting. The shower was too short even for my wife at 5’2”, the faucet didn’t control the temperature properly, and the room stunk. The night counter guy creepily watched us on Camera, and called the room as soon as my wife entered with her service dog, I didn’t answer quick enough so he came to the door and was upset I didn’t notify him we had a service dog, and then called my cell phone when we left said service dog in the room to get the rest of our things out of the car. Come to find out at least two more showers were messed up, and the manager has no plans of fixing this because he wasn’t even willing to talk to myself or another guest on the phone. Absolute wast of ninety dollars!

Dirty hotel, rude staff, and poor customer service. Upon arrival we walked into a dirty room and when requesting for a new room it became an issue saying that we made our room dirty. That they inspected the room before arrival.
