After driving in excess of 10 hours, then the experience of OKC traffic at 5:30pm on a Friday I was pretty well used up. Upon entering your Hotel I was helped by the superior service and calm demeanor of Phillip at the front desk. He answered every question and was knowledgeable and efficient. I am sure you know that you have a real talent in Phillip. When I return to OKC I look forward to staying at your Hotel and seeing Phillip at the Front Desk'. Thank you. Charles Cahill

This was a nice, clean hotel and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was better than I’ve had at other places. The check in and check out process was very smooth. It was a little challenging getting to the hotel but I would definitely recommend staying here.

Main issue was not enough staff during afternoon check in (only 1 person!!). But in addition, the hotel is in serious need of remodeling. Waited a long time at front desk because only 1 pets working and he was trying to help guests with room issues, which meant the front desk was unmanned. Shame on any hotel that leaves an employee to work the Shenanigans shift alone!!

Good breakfast and very clean and comfortable room. Very nice bed and awesome shower with great water pressure. I stayed while my husband was in the hospital and it was only a mile away. I would come back here for sure!

I was there cuz my husband had surgery very convenient close to the hospital I felt safe in the parking lot with coming in late The desk guy was very nice and it was a very nice room enjoyed the nite would recommend this hotel to everyone
